Opening Ceremony at the Cajundome and Convention Center for all teams:





Hotels:
Teams need to arrive prior to 3:15 to participate.
All teams will be introduced by State.
Each State determines player’s attire.
Each team is encouraged to exchange gifts of pins, badges, t-shirts etc. with other teams on the floor of the
Cajundome from 3:15- 3:45p.m.
Parking is FREE at the Cajundome or across street at Cajun Field.
LYSA/CSC and LSA require (MANDATORY) reservations go through Lafayette Convention and Visitors

Group Games:
U17’s will begin play on Thursday June 11th, 2015. All other age groups will be played Friday
June 12th and Saturday June 13th at Moore Park. Preliminary - Game Schedules will be posted
on the Region III President’s Cup website.

Pre-pay per tournament: $20 per car, come and go to entire tournament
On-site per: $15 per car, come and go per DAY
