Somehow or other “Spring” does not the fit the climate around my home. But
better (warmer) days are on the way. From December until now I have had the
pleasure of visiting the Triple O Doll Study Club in East Syracuse, NY and the Doll
Study Club of Long Island. The Patchogue Doll Fanciers Club held its annual doll
show and sale in Hauppauge, NY and had a wonderful turnout.
The Suffolk County Historical Society presented a wonderful display of our
member, Betty Anne Richardson’s beautiful collection. It runs until March 7th.
On February 19th I lost my dear husband and best friend. He is buried in Florida
and I will move to be near when I finish my tenure as UFDC Regional Director in
July.
