Due to expansion the Company is looking to recruit a QA/QC Advisor This role will support the SHEQ team in
the delivery of an efficient and timely service to a fast paced business with a rapidly increasing staff base.
Focusing on quality, the successful candidate will need to be commercially aware, able to demonstrate an
ability to manage complexity whilst supporting the needs of a rapidly growing business and quickly respond to
change.
Key Responsibilities:
The Quality Advisor/Quality Control Advisor will assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of
our Quality Systems whilst supporting line managers to deliver processes and services that comply with
appropriate Regulatory requirements.
The main duties of the QA/QC Advisor will include:

Updating quality documents and procedures
Provision of support to the site QMS System, including review of master and executed operational
documentation, operational reviews and approval & supplier assurance questionnaires.
Working collaboratively with all service delivery managers in order to actively maintain standards.
Proactively identifies barriers to meeting customers’ needs and makes recommendations for ways
to enhance customer service and value.
Jointly develop a program improvement plan based on external data report and maintains
documentation of the programs progress.
Proactively identifies and shares obstacles to effective performance and incorporates feedback
from team members and others to improve overall performance.
Coordinating and performing (under supervision) internal and supplier audits.
Facilitating the timely follow-up and closure of compliance and conformity issues,
Helping managers to deliver change
Providing reports and data to management
Interact with regulatory bodies and external auditors
Providing Quality support for validation activities

Based in Colchester this role will involve occasional travel to off-site facilities in throughout the UK
and Germany.

Essential Qualifications / Skills:




HND in Science / Engineering or equivalent qualification
Minimum of three years’ experience in QA/QC Management Systems and a minimum of 6 overall
experience
ISO 9001 Internal Auditor / IREA qualification
Offshore experience in either Renewable or Oil and Gas sectors preferred
Desirable Qualifications:



Bachelor’s Degree in Science / Engineering or equivalent qualification
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / LREA qualification
Offshore Certificates (GWO Working at Height, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, Sea
Survival)
