Wedding Reception Policies
ROOM RENTAL
Room rental pricing for RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE is
$500. Your room rentals includes round banquet tables, chairs, flatware,
china plates, glassware, skirting for the head table, cake table and gift
table, microphone and a dance floor. Guest departure is midnight. All
entertainment, gifts and decorations will have until 12:30 to vacate the
premise.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT TERMS
The signed contract and room rental deposit of $500 will hold the date
for you and is due with a copy of your signed contract prior to your
event date. This deposit of $500 will be applied to your food and
beverage invoice. A guaranteed final guest count will be required no
later than seven business days prior to your event. Final payment will be
due at the end of your event and will include the calculated bar tab if
applicable.
MENUS AND BEVERAGE SERVICE
RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE does not charge a food
and beverage minimum for wedding events. Menu pricing for food &
non- alcoholic beverages do not include taxes and service charges. Menu
prices are subject to change up to 60 days prior to your event. All food
and beverages must be purchased through RIVERWOOD NATIONAL
GOLF COURSE with the exception of a cake and is subject to an 18%
service charge and a .06875% Sales tax. All liquor, wine and beer is
subject to a .09375% State Liquor tax. We ask that you adhere to your
timeline when predetermining serving time to avoid quality issues. Any
alcoholic beverages not provided by RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF
COURSE will be confiscated. Please include photographer, musicians
etc. in your guest count if you would like to offer them a meal.

Full host and or cash bar service is available with house and premium
brands and can be set up with your coordinator to your specifications.
A bar charge of $100 will be applied to events. The bar sales minimum
is $300 in pre-tax, pre-service charge sales.
SECURITY GAURD
At this time RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE does not
require a police officer to be on duty however we reserve the right to
hire an officer at our discretion, at an additional cost to you if we feel it
necessary for the safety of the staff.
MUSIC AND ENTERTAINMENT
You may have a band or DJ for entertainment. We ask that you
coordinate delivery and setup time with your choice of entertainment in
advance to avoid set up taking place during guest arrival. We reserve the
right to control the volume of any band or DJ. All entertainment
performers and their equipment must stop playing at midnight and be
removed no later than 12:30am.
FLOWERS AND DECORATIONS
You have the option to hire a florist/decorator or to handle the décor
yourself. RIVERWOOD NATIONALGOLF COURES and its staff do
not handle your décor set up or tear down, but will light your candles.
All florists/decorators are responsible for their own clean up. Glitter and
confetti are not allowed. No decorations will be hung from the ceiling or
walls. All candles must be enclosed. Many décor items such as mirror
tiles and votive candles can be arranged through your coordinator.
Standard white table linen and napkins are available for any event and
are $1.25 per guest. Specialty table linens, chair covers and napkins are
available and must also be ordered through your coordinator at an
additional rate.

Wedding Reception Policies
All Ceiling sways must be purchased through your coordinator. Chair
covers may be brought in by a private vendor and set up must be
scheduled with the event coordinator in advance. Anything brought in
for your event, must be removed that evening by 12:30am.
All delivery and set up must also be pre scheduled with your
coordinator.
An LCD projector and screen is available to rent for $125.
RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE charges a $100 cleanup
fee for all wedding events and is non-negotiable.

CEREMONY AND FEES
RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE does not have a ceremony
site at this time.
LIABILITY
RIVERWOOD NATIONAL GOLF COURSE will not be responsible
for the damage, loss or theft of any material, decorations, equipment or
gifts that are used or stored before, during or following the event. You
are responsible for any excessive damage and or clean up caused by you
or your guests and will be charged for repair, replacement and or labor
costs. The patron agrees to be responsible for any damage and thefts to
the premises, its furniture, fixtures, equipment, tables and accessories by
the guests, invitees, employees or other individuals under the patron’s
control.
CANCELATION POLICY
The deposit to hold any date is completely non-refundable at any time.
