In consideration in your accepting this entry, I the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for
myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators, waive any and all right and claims for damages I may have
against the Greater Seymour Area Chamber of Commerce, the Rock’n Freedom Festival, the host sponsor,
City of Seymour, their representatives, successors, and assigns for any and all injuries suffered by myself or
my team in the event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the event organizers and/or agents
authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, recordings or any other record of this event for any
legitimate reason. I agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Rock’n Freedom Festival.

*Check in Thursday after 4:00 pm or Friday after 9:00 am
*Meet inspection will be at check in or as soon as you’re ready Friday.
*Have at least 1 long water hose.
*You will be able to park your RV’s next to your tent and trailer but we
will ask that you park your vehicles in a space we will have marked off.
*We will be shooting off fireworks at dark on Saturday night and would
love to have you stay if you would like!
