Additional Information:
1. Please mail entry form, with check payable to the Friends of Tennis, to the Rolla Parks &
Recreation Department at P.O. Box 886, Rolla, MO 65402.
2. Entries close at 5 p.m. on June 3. For questions call Lonna Sowers, Tournament CoDirector, 573-466-0369, or Kristy Rich, Tournament Co-Director, 573-426-6901. Enter
early, limited draw.
3. Warm up period of 5 minutes includes practice serves. Must start within 10 minutes of
scheduled time. 10 minute forfeit time. Please be 10 minutes early. 10 game pro set with
ad through quarter finals, then 2 out of 3 sets. 12 point tie breaker.
4. First rounds will begin at 6 p.m. Friday, June 5 unless otherwise notified by the
Tournament Directors. The tournament will be completed Sunday, June 7 beginning at
noon.
5. Each entrant should have new balls for each match. Winner will take unused can.
6. Please list tournament record for seeding purposes ______________________________
7. Summerfest engraved medallions for first and second place of Championship and first
place in Consolation will be awarded.
8. TENNIS PROFESSIONALS ARE INELIGIBLE.
9. Refreshments for players provided by Rolla Parks & Recreation, bananas and oranges will
be provided by Country Mart, Rolla Parks & Recreation will provide a tent for the event.
