SUMMER 2015 SCHOOL-AGE GYMNASTICS and TUMBLING Director: Jeremy Lee (Safety Certified) Owner: David Ballard (Safety Certified) Rowland/Ballard gymnastics programs provide instruction in the Olympic gymnastics events for boys and girls, first grade through High School. The program is based on a progression system with set skills designed for each level. Once these skills are learned, the gymnast may move up to a higher level class. The Rowland/Ballard professional staff strives to maximize the benefits for each child by balancing all the elements of enjoyment, discipline, and increased self esteem right along with skill development. CLASS DESCRIPTION: One hour classes are divided by age / ability level with a maximum student-coach ratio of 8:1. SUMMER PROGRAM (8 weeks): Monday, June 8, 2015 through Friday, July 31, 2015. At this level our coaches will emphasize strength, flexibility, continued balance development, and new skill introduction.
