Competitors:
This is a AAU sanctioned
meet. All competitors must be
AAU members.
Awards:
1st – 3rd designated medal,
4th – 10th participation medals.
Every participant
receives a medal.
Age Groups:
All age groups will be in
accordance with AAU rules.
REMEMBER, competition
age is determined by the
competitor’s age as of
December 31, 2014.

(2) 84’ Rod Floor with 33’
runway with regulation
landing zone
(2) Euro Double Mini with
regulation landing zone
(2) Euro Trampolines

10, 2015 payable to GCGT.

Entry Deadline:
Friday, April 10, 2015
Must be received in hand that day via
e-mail, fax, or mail.
Please Note: You may not change the
competitor’s level of competition the
day of the meet. Please be careful
when registering your athletes. If there
are any errors when your receive your
confirmation from our gym, let us know
as soon as possible.
NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE AFTER
Friday, May 1, 2015 without incurring a
fee of $5.00 per change.
No refunds will be given for any
scratches at any point (Illinois rule).
Please call in your scratches ahead of
time if at all possible. This will make our
jobs easier. PLEASE PUT A FAX NUMBER
ON YOUR ENTRY FORM SO THAT WE CAN
FAX CONFIRMATIONS AND/OR REVISED
SCHEDULES IF NEEDED.
