Athletes that participates in both GI and NO GI category are registering only one time – when registering for GI.
Registration for OPEN – 30 minutes after end of category, competitors can come to register for OPEN. OPEN
category is common for all competitors – white belt, blue belt, purple belt, brown belt. This is same for GI and
for NO GI. Juniors and kids can’t compete in category OPEN!!

The registration for the SAI STORM tournament is online only! The athlete may only compete
as the belt they are registered under online registration. Athletes who do not meet the weight
requirements shall be disqualified at any moment prior to following the competition.
On-line registration will be closed at 6.5.2015 23:59.
List of registered competitors will be available online at our website:
www.saiclub.sk/saistorm - attendance by categories, attendance by clubs.
Schedule of categories will be available at 7.5.2015 20:00hod. Tournament spiders will be available till 8.5.2015
till 15,00hod.
Presentation and weight check of competitors will starts always 2 hours before start of respective category. The
exact time and schedule of particular category will be available at 7.5.2015 till 20:00hod.
Promoter reserves the right to close registration when 300 competitors limit is reached, as the appointed
date for registration deadline expires, whichever comes first.

Winner of clubs competition will be determined by totaling all the points earned in the tournament. Add up the points
from kids, junior and adult categories:
The three most sucessfull clubs will be awarded by beatiful and original trophies !
Tournament rules:
KO system in acordance with IBJJF rules.
Exceptions: If the weight division has only two registered athletes, the fight is decided after two winning matches. In
case of the three registered athletes, all of them fight against each other . In case of the four registered athletes, there
will be fight for third place.
Important info: Please check in advance prohibited techniques in accoradnce with IBJJF rules
to avoid misunderstandings during the matches within kids and juniors divisions. There is
prescribed clothing – GI, or rushguard and shorts (without zip and pockets) in NOGI.
Exceptions:
Exceptions (different) from IBJJ rules – any color of kimono is allowed, however prescribed cut
and size is a must. The same principle is applied for NOGI. Contestant is not obliged to follow
color differentation of rashguard in NOGI category.
