2015 Cardinal’s Appeal!

envelopes in the vestibule of the church for your convenience and you may place
your pledge in the collection basket or you can make your pledge on line at

Touring Tuesday Dates
Interesting Reading for our Moms
Considering a Catholic Elementary School for
your child? Are you interested in learning more
about the great things that go on at St. Charles
School each day? Register to visit St. Charles
School on Touring Tuesday, please call 718-6675350 Ext. 1007.
Do you have some hidden idea in your mind as
a mother that you have the power to make
things perfect? I invite you to reject that today.
Reject perfectionism and embrace the mess.
Look at the stable. Look at the cross. If our God
is intentional in all that He does, it seems to me
that He is saying something to the effect of “I
know all about a mess. I want your mess. It’s
okay to be who you are. Just come.” But, women of faith, don’t just come, run. Run to the
grace of God especially in the sacraments.
There we will find the remedy to the perils of
perfectionism: a grace that makes it okay to be
who we are.
Tours are from 9am to 11am
June 2, 2015
If you cannot make one of these times, please
call 718-987-0200 to schedule a private tour!
Summer Basketball
Clinics

12. It is open to all boys and
girls in the St. Charles Parish
from kindergarten through 8th grade. The clinics are directed by Felician College Head Coach,
Steve Fagan. For more information please
email: [email protected] or call 201-559-3540.
Bingo is held every Tuesday evening in the
school auditorium at 7:30 PM. Early Bird is at
7:15. Doors open at 6:00 PM.
