The Service of Thanksgiving, for General Eva
Burrows (R) will be conducted by General
André Cox, and will be held in the Melbourne
Town Hall commencing at 1.00 pm next Tuesday
afternoon 31st March.
The service will be live streamed and

Your prayerful support is appreciated for the
Murray and York families. Warren Murray
attended the funeral service of his brother last
Thursday. Anne York has flown to England to
attend her mother’s funeral service which will be
held on the 31st March 2015.
Prayer support those who are unwell and
recuperating would be appreciated. Basil Bate
had a fall and has broken his fingers. Bev Pratt has
been admitted to the PA hospital following a stroke.
Monique Walters was admitted to hospital last
Thursday. The Grand mother of Melody James is
recuperating well following recent heart surgery.

The Salvation Army Eastern Territory is
looking to have a team of volunteers who can be
called on in the times of Natural or Man-made
Disasters within our country.
Ideally, these people would be soldiers/officers/
friends/employees who are willing to work in potentially
challenging situations with people who have been affected by
disaster situations. They would be people who are adaptable,
available, able to work as a part of a wider disaster response
and relief team, capable of working with distressed people,
can engage with people at their point of need and demonstrate
sound problem solving skills.
The following information is requested: Contact details,
previous disaster relief experience (if any), skills - eg
administration, SAES, SAMIS, chaplaincy, leadership, logistics
etc.

Repair Work has commenced on waterproofing our front wall.
This will mean that the only toilets open for use are those located behind the Multi-purpose hall & the
toilet on the worship level. The toilets & storerooms on the lower floor will be closed and no access will
be permitted. Thank you for your understanding during these months of repairs & renovations.
