Someday, I want my little girl to participate in STEM. When I am too old for STEM, I want to volunteer.” “My daughter definitely enjoyed the workshops, lunch, and atmosphere.” “I am so pleased with this program I can't help but smile; it fills the gaps where I as a parent am unable to provide my daughter with the higher level thinking in science and/or mathematics” “I am thankful that this program broadens the minds of young girls, providing them with insight into career opportunities other than the traditional roles as teachers, nurses, and/or social workers. BRAVO to STEM Promoters, Leaders, Teachers, and Volunteers.” This one-day event offers female students one-on-one interaction with positive STEM role models and professionals from the local community, as well as hands-on STEM related workshops designed to inspire through fun, practical, and challenging STEM experiences!
