Spring/Summer Transcripts
• Current USC Students
Class of 2019
Incoming Student Information
– Spring transcripts will be pulled internally
• No notification necessary
– Summer transcripts will be pulled internally if
completed at ANY USC Campus
• If completed at another institution, transcripts must be
submitted to the College of Pharmacy
– Send to Ms. Nikki Mellen

SC Intern Paperwork
• Official Acceptance Letter
– NOT the letter you received upon acceptance
– Required to be submitted with 2 BOP forms
• Students who have already completed ALL pre-requisites or
complete ALL pre-requisites by end of Spring 2015
– Official Acceptance Letter will come via email on June 1, 2015
from Ms. Nikki Mellen
• Students who will complete pre-requisites during Summer
2015
– Official Acceptance Letters will come via email once transcripts
are received

– ALWAYS certify and return receipt ANY paperwork
– ALWAYS keep copies of ANY paperwork submitted
• Forms required to be considered a Pharmacy

– Notification of Employment
– Affidavit of Practical Experience
MUSC NetID
• Email will be sent during Summer months
regarding MUSC NetID
• Do NOT delete
• Sender may look automated, but somewhere in
title or body email should state MUSC NetID
• Be sure to activate during short time provided in
email
• Be sure to keep this ID and corresponding
password in safe place
• Bring to Orientation with you

Tuition
• Tuition for 2015-2016 will be determined by
Board of Trustees sometime during Summer
• An email will be sent as soon as tuition
determined
• Payment deadlines for Fall 2015 semester can
be located on the USC Bursar’s website
• Bills are usually posted by USC in July 2015,
but specific dates can be located on the USC
Bursar’s website
Computer Requirement
• Updated requirements for incoming students
will be posted at:
– https://www.sccp.sc.edu/laptop_requirements
• Must bring computer meeting these standards
Day #1 to Orientation AND all subsequent
days (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Background Checks
• Notify Dr. Grant immediately if any event has
occurred/occurs since submission of
application that will affect a background check
• Information to complete your background
check will be sent via email by Ms. Nikki
Mellen in July 2015

– August 17, 18, & 19, 2015
– Book entire day starting at 7:30am
– No breaks to leave Orientation during day
