About the job
• Build, maintain and optimize all borrower channels
and channel partners
• Set up strategic relationships and marketing
relationships
• Analyze the creditworthiness of borrowers acquired
via partner channels
• Develop and implement tailored lending products
• Determine the effectiveness of partner channels
• Cooperate closely with our Sales team in Madrid
and Amsterdam and with the departments
Customer Care, Marketing and Underwriting
Who we’re looking for
• A bachelor’s degree, ideally in a technical,
quantitative field of study
• Sales experience in the SME lending market
• High degree of customer and service orientation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication coupled with exceptional analytical skills
• Excellent understanding of financial products
• A hands-on approach mentality, ambition,
and entrepreneurial drive
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly changing
environment
• Excellent German and English skills
