DINNER MONEY
Please note as from 13th April the price of a school meal will be increased to £2.10 per day.
SUPERSTARS!
Superstars will be running their FUN MULTI-SPORTS HOLIDAY COURSES during half term at Eagleswell

YEAR 6: LLANGRANNOG TRIP
Mrs. Crowther and Mrs. Hougham have congratulated our Year 6 for managing to have a great time as well as
behaving superbly during their residential trip to Llangrannog! Well done everyone for being excellent
representatives of the school, and I hope you all helped with the muddy washing when you arrived home!
ATTENDANCE UPDATE: “Every lesson counts, every school day counts!”
Thank you to everyone for supporting the school with improving our attendance. Good teamwork has ensured our
attendance rate is continuing to increase and is now 94.5%. Please note that if your child’s attendance has
continued to decrease to 90 % or below then you will be receiving a letter shortly explaining the need for medical
evidence for future absences to be authorised (as recommended by the school’s Callio Officer).

AMALGAMATION Update
The temporary Governing Body of Ysgol Y Ddraig will be sending a letter very soon to staff and parents following
on from the recent meetings held.
WHOLE SCHOOL PHOTO!
On Tuesday 16th June we have arranged for an extra special photo of the whole school to commemorate the last
year of Eagleswell! We have had many ideas for how to make the final term a memorable one and will send you
further details next term!
