To qualify for the Garmin echoMAP $100USD Rebate, please complete the following:
1. Purchase a qualifying Garmin echoMap™ 52, 53, 54, 55, 72, 73, 74, 75, 92, 93, 94 or 95 series from March 30th, 2015 through May 10th,
2015 and receive $100USD via mail-in rebate. Limit two rebate submissions per customer. The product must be purchased in factory-new
condition. All submissions must be postmarked by June 30th, 2015.

4. Enclose a copy of your dated, itemized receipt for your purchase of the qualifying Garmin echoMAP chartplotter. The products must be
purchased in factory-new condition. You may purchase the products online or in a store. Receipts may also be in the form of a packing slip, an
invoice or a printed online order confirmation. The receipt must show your purchase date, the name of the Garmin dealer and proof of both items

white sticker in the lower left corner on the back of the device.

6. Enclose your original UPC bar code cut out from the bottom of the echoMAP product box.
UPC BAR CODE? Garmin UPC Bar Code is located on the bottom of the product box. It consists of 12 numerical digits where the first six numbers are
753759 and are followed by six additional numbers.

completed rebate coupon for your records. Once we receive your
rebate, please allow 6-10 weeks to process your rebate request.
Canadian customers please allow additional 4-8 weeks to receive
your rebate after it has been processed.
