years of experience making equipment for various police and military forces our quality is key when it comes to meet the
demands of military training.
Raptor weight vests are made with a double-layered skin and are double stitched throughout. All anchor and stress points are
ultra-reinforced so your vest will last! The belt system allows greater convenience and freedom of movement. Strong construction
and built to withstand tough training demands are the key foundations of all Raptor weight vests. The outer body can also be cold
machine washed periodically to maintain hygiene standards.
COOLMAX® PERFORMANCE HYGIENE INNER LINER
Provides comfort, performance and moisture wicking. A durable material that can be cold machine washed for hygiene.
DOUBLE STITCHED IMPACT SOFT WEIGHTS
Double sealed neoprene pouches filled with miniature steel ball bearings. These weights have a softer feel and will conform better
to the user’s body shape and allows semi contact. The weight of choice for all round added comfort and contact drills.
SOLID FORGED CAST IRON
Bars with hard wearing finish. These weights will virtually never wear out and allow the user to achieve the maximum amount of
weight. This weight is also the fastest to inter change. Not recommended for contact drills.

A no hassle user friendly 120 page intro training manual to Raptor weight vests ring bound, laminated and tab cut for fast
reference. This manual will show you how to use and look after your vest. Contained within the manual you will also find around
85 stretches and exercises with variations to get you started. Also information on safety, warm ups, cool downs, stretching, basic
body muscle charts, lower body, upper body, whole body and core exercises are all contained within this manual.

Designed in collaboration with the UK armed forces the Raptor Military Weight Vest’s™ primary function is to distribute up to 28 kg / 60 lbs of
weight comfortably and safely around the body. The vest is made in one piece to allow the user a rapid on and off system. Weight distribution
is to simulate weight and restriction of body armour with no sharp edges or buckles. All Raptor Weight Vests™ are made to the highest
standards using only the best workmanship and quality robust materials here in the UK. Enduring quality is key when it comes to meet military
training expectations. We also offer optional extras including hydration pack and solutions to store and dry vests.
KEY USES
1. Ultimate training tool for a progressive loading program.
2. Takes any exercise program to new levels of progression (bodyweight suspension, kettlebells and Powerbag™ workouts to name but a few.
3. Simulates the restriction of real body armour.
4. Use Raptor Weight Vests instead of body armour on training exercises (less wear and tear to current issued body armour / kept for service
instead of a training tool).
5. Allows less equipment to be used during PT workouts.
6. Perfect for bodyweight / SAQ / plyometric / cross fit or cross training workouts.
7. Strength tested anchor points 200kg for towing tyres / sleds / prowlers / chains and resistance tubing.
8. Can be incorporated into rehabilitation programs. Targets the core without having to hold anything and connection points allow key rehab
exercises to be performed.

component of the vest for military use to reduce the risk of personnel becoming sick from a build of bugs in sweaty used vests. All liners should
be removed after each training session, cold washed and returned to stores. Having a stock of additional liners will keep your vests in better
condition and allow access to multiple users.
