The map is new designed in 2013 based on COWI curves Orthofoto, FOT base maps and
Garmin GPS62st.
The map will be placed in a plastic bag. Control descriptions will be printed on the map.
There will not be separate control descriptions available.
North Zealand mixed forest with a well-developed forest road and path system. Overall
good run-ability.The forests consist of deciduous and coniferous forest. The density varies
and in some places there has been some thinning out with good run-ability.

The participants may use their own SI-card.

SI-card AC1 (128 punches) numbers from 8.000.001-8.999.999
The following classes can use all type of SI-cards:
D-14, D60, D65, D-tourist, H-14, H70, H75, D / H-tourist.
The following classes can use all type of SI-cards, except SI-card5 and SIcard8.
D-16, D55, H-tourist, H21, H-20, H35, H40, D-20, D21, D35, D40, D45, D50, H16, H21K, H45, H50, H55, H60, H65.
Note: when the SI-card are used on the courses, as indicated in the invitation and instruction,
there will be room for all controls and a small number of defective punches. Remember to
inform about your SI-card number by registration or state on the entry form, if you want to
rent a SI-card. If SI-card number is not reported, you will be assigned a rental one. OK73
automatically assigns large rental SI-card for runners mistakenly signed up for a small SIcard. Rental of a small SI-card is dkk 15,-, rental of a large SI-card is dkk 30,-, to be paid in
addition to the start-fee.
Clubs will be liable for lost SI-cards.

Mass start in each class. First start 0940 and last start will be held at 1020.

Temperate water with or without juice plus cold water with or without juice, is offered on all
courses and in the finish area. An additional refreshment control, in classes H-20, H21, H35
& H40, will offer pieces of banana, orange and raisins.
All runners in the classes D/H-14, D/H-20 & D/H21- must carry race number bibs on the
chest. Race numbers will be found in the start area.

There is no possibility of accommodation on hard ground at a college or similar. See other

There will be printed enough additional maps in each class, for open courses. If you are not
registered, you can on the very day contact our Event Office (tent) at the Event Centre.
- So there is certainly a possibility for a run in the forest.
