constructs 152 apartments at Teglholmen
Sjælsø-KPC Projektstyring A/S has entered into the first
agreement regarding a construction of 16,000 sqm
comprising 152 apartments and parking facilities at
Teglholmen.
The project - named West Coast Park - is designed as a
tenement block with four to seven floors like the other
buildings at Teglholmen.
West Coast Park was developed in cooperation with REKA
Gruppen and sold to the investment company West Coast
Real Estate II.
The construction is designed by Holscher Nordberg
Architecture and Planning and with Midtconsult as
consulting engineers.
The project planning is in progress and construction
will be implemented 1 April 2015 and be completed
February 2017.
