We live in the period of many opportunities and various offers
on the market. Competition and continuous improvement and
consequently emergence of new products has resulted that the
buyer’s demands are as high as ever before. By a fast pace of
development the companies are doing their best to meet the
needs of the customers. New products enable companies to
satisfy already existing enquiries or to develop new aspects of
a business.
Advanced leading companies of a particular field invest huge
amounts of assets and effort to development of innovative
products and services. As doing so they dictate the trend and
the price range of the market.
About us
We are young innovative company with experience in
designing mobile units, vessels and interior equipment. At our
work we use up-to-date materials and we pay special attention
to eco design as the response to the time we live in. We design
new products and improve already existing products.
our customers
Our customers are companies and individuals that produce
and market mobile units, vessels and interior equipment.
We provide our customers with the designing of the already
existing product or we design a completely new product when
the buyer has still not completely decided what the final
product should be. Not only we design but we also produce a
model of a product for the purpose of promotion or to get the
image of how it will look like in the end. Further on we produce
prototypes and we introduce them to the production facilities of
our customer.

Our work so far has resulted in some special projects which express our
dedication to our work and to our quest of always searching something new.
Here are some projects we are especially proud of.
5,5 m motorboat with
the outboard engine
Inovative solutions
We produced a 5, 5 m long
motorboat with a cabin and an
outboard engine for five
people.
The
boat
was
developed for the purpose of
mass production. The body of
the boat is built from the
reinforced polyester with the
classic technique. Individual
parts of the boat were produced by means of mould lamination. In the first phase the
wooden mould was produced for every component. Next step was the production of
fiberglass moulds which are later on used for mass production of various pieces. The
vessel boasts great buoyancy compared to its competitors. Its design and shape
contribute to its recognisability.

We developed basic assortment of
mobile houses for the company M
Mobil ltd. Through the process of
developing we researched similar
already existing houses on the
market and we focused on searching
new ideas that would make a
difference for us compared to our
competitors. At the question of
ground plan of the houses we took
into consideration the buyer’s wishes, but at the same time we were trying to provide
a very spacious living room by optimizing the sleeping room and the bathroom. Not
only did we optimize the ground plan, but we also applied classic rough façade which
is the main difference compared to our competition. We only used metal for chassis
and for the rest of the supporting construction we used massive wood or wooden
composites.

With the help of an investor
we
conducted
the
development of an 8, 2 meter
semi displacement motor boat.
It was designed to house 4
people and to transport 10
people. We installed direct
drive power system which
boasts 240 HP. For building the boat we used classic composite method with structural
reinforcements. Basically this is a boat with a cabin and a main deck. In the bow we located
two sleeping cabins and a toilet. In the main deck you can find the helm area and the kitchen
with a small dining place. The outside living area is set together with the swim platform at the
bow of the boat.

3d modeling in 3d printing
First step in our projects is a 3D model which is done by the help of our 20x20x20cm
3D printer. In this first step we produce visual model which is based on a render.
Prior to producing the final product we make a detailed 2D blueprint which is used for
the building needs and production of the final product.

Process of projects
Each project is treated individually and we adapt to the needs of our customers.
Consequently we have no universal approaches. The basic difference pops out at the
very beginning. Namely, we can suggest a project and we also plan and produce it to
the final version with the cooperation of the investor, or we take an in-advanceplanned project from a buyer and do the project as ordered.
It is important that with the projects planned in advance by the customer we have no
problems of returning to any previous point in the process if some changes need to
be applied. As we develop new product we constantly check the results by
measurements and comparisons, so that the final results match the planned results.
The final product is the result of our work or the result of the combined work with our
customer. It is important that the buyer hires us when he needs us, so we do the job
asked from us.
We can do our projects in our own or in rented facilities. Usually a part of the project
is done at the facilities of the customer because those facilities are normally
equipped with the technology that will be needed later for the production.
When putting the product into production we keep a close eye on the process and we
advise and offer full support to the customer.
