Lajittelukehyksen / kannen asennus
Huomioi ennen asennusta, että ovi- ja kaappimalleja on useita ja asennusohjeet ovat ohjeellisia. Kokeile tuotteen toimivuus
ennen kaikkien ruuvien kiinnitystä. Kokeile myös ruuvin sopivuus kaapin runkovahvuuteen ennen ruuvien kiinnitystä.

Etsi sopiva asennuskorkeus ja merkitse se kaapin sivuseiniin kuvan 1 mukaisesti. (Asennusvinkki: lajittelukehyksen
optimiasennuskorkeus löytyy kun otat mitan 300 mm kaapin pohjalevystä sivuseinään ja merkitset tähän viivan sapluunaa
varten.) Cov kannattaa asentaa noin 80 mm Ecoa ylemmäs.
Löydät runkokiskojen kiinnityskohdat mukana tulevan sapluunan avulla. Sapluuna tulee asettaa aivan kaapin etureunaan
kuvan 1 mukaisesti ja korkeussuunnassa ensimmäisessä kohdassa merkityn apuviivan korkeudelle. Jos asennat Cov:n Econ
yläpuolelle, kannattaa Cov kiinnittää noin 20 mm Ecoa taaemmas jos kaapissa on tilaa.
Huomioi sapluunaa käyttäessä, että sapluunan ruuvien paikoituksessa tavoitteena on ollut lajittelukehyksen/kannen
mahdollisimman hyvä ulostulo. Käytännössä tämä tarkoittaa, että oven ja tuotteen väliin jäävä tila on n. 5mm.
Paina pistimellä sapluunaan reiät kiskon kiinnitysruuveja varten.
Kiinnitä runkokiskot aluksi kahdella ruuvilla ja aseta lajittelukehys/kansi paikoilleen.
Testaa lajittelukehyksen (sankoineen) / kannen toimivuus.
Kiinnitä loput ruuvit.
Merkitse kaapin molempiin sivuihin
viivat sapluunaa varten.

Installing of sorting frame / cover:
Note before installing that there are several door- and closet models and that these instructions are only advisory. Test the product
functionality before fixing all the screws. Test also the suitability of the screws to the closet’s wall thickness before fixing the screws.

Find the right installing height and mark it onto the closet walls according to picture 1. (Tip: you’ll find the optimum installing height
when you measure 300 mm upwards from the closet’s bottom to the side wall and mark the line there for the installation template). We
recommend to install Cov some 80 mm above Eco.
The fixing points (”Kiskon kiinnityskohta”) of the cabinet slides you’ll find with the included installation template. The installation
template should be set accurately on the front edge of the closet wall according to picture 1 and the top edge of the installation template
on the line measured in position 1. In case you are installing Cov above Eco, we recommend to fix Cov some 20 mm further back than
Eco if possible.
When using the installation template, note that the marked screw places in installation template has been planned by aiming the best
possible slide-out of the sorting frame/cover. This means that the space between the door and the product is some 5 mm.
Press the holes for the fixing screws to the installation template by a bayonet.
Fix the cabinet slides at first with two screws and place the sorting frame/cover into the slides.
Test the functionality of the sorting frame (with buckets) / cover.
Fix the rest of the screws.
Mark the lines on both sides in the
closet for the installing template.
