16. Local Regulations/Remarks
a. Regulation of traffic. Provisions
The provisions detailed concern measures to
ensure that the traffic flow does not exceed the
capacity of the airport facilities as laid down by
Copenhagen Airports (CPH).
Programmes for all scheduled route and charter
operations shall be forwarded to ACD (Airport
Coordination Denmark A/S), who has been appointed by the Ministry of Transport perform the
slot coordination at København/Kastrup.
The programmes shall be forwarded according
to deadlines stipulated in the IATA SPG (Scheduling Procedures Guide) - deadline normally in
the middle of May for the following winterseason and in the middle of October for the following summerseason.
The following shall be approved by ACD:
1. Changes to seasonal programmes.
2. Request for and changes to individual
flights. Cancellation of an individual flight
shall be notified. (Route, charter as well as
other traffic inclusive).
Contact concerning the above shall be made to
ACD within the office hours and, if possible, not
later than the day before the flight is to be carried out.

Exempted from the provisions given above are
the following categories of traffic:
Ambulance flights, search and rescue operations, inspection flights by the Danish Transport
Authority, and flight for foreign state representatives.
In special cases CPH may exempt other individual flights from the provisions above.

16. Lokale regler/Bemærkninger
a. Regulering af trafikken. Bestemmelser
Nedenstående bestemmelser vedrører foranstaltninger, der skal sikre, at trafikbelastningen ikke
overstiger kapaciteten for lufthavnens anlæg,
som fastsat af Københavns Lufthavne A/S (CPH).
Programmer for alle regelbundne rute- og charteroperationer skal fremsendes til ACD (Airport
Coordination Denmark A/S), som af Transportministeriet er udpeget til at udføre slot-koordinering på København/Kastrup.
Programmer skal fremsendes under hensyntagen til tidsfristerne anført i IATA SPG (Scheduling Procedures Guide) - tidsfrist normalt i midten af maj for den følgende vintersæson og i
midten af oktober for den følgende sommersæson.
Følgende skal godkendes af ACD:
1. Ændringer til sæsonprogrammer.
2. Tillysning, ændring eller aflysning af enkeltflyvninger (herunder såvel rute-, chartersom anden trafik).
Henvendelse om ovenstående rettes til ACD i
kontortiden og så vidt muligt senest dagen før
flyvningen ønskes udført.

Ambulanceflyvning, eftersøgnings- og redningsoperationer, Trafikstyrelsens kontrolflyvning
samt flyvning for fremmede staters repræsentanter.
CPH kan i specielle tilfælde undtage enkelte andre flyvninger fra ovenstående bestemmelser.

Any request for approval of traffic shall contain
the following information:
1. Owner/operator.
2. Type of aircraft and registration/call sign.
3. Date, arrival time, departure time and destination(s).
Other details significant for the evaluation of the
request shall be provided if so required.
Helicopter. Non-scheduled public air traffic
Non-scheduled public air traffic with helicopters
is permitted only after prior approval by Copenhagen Airports (CPH).
Contact concerning the above shall be made via
the handling company or directly to the Traffic
and Airside Operations at CPH and, if possible,
not later than the day before the flight is to be
carried out.
Any request for approval of traffic shall contain
the following information:
a) Owner/Operator
b) Type of helicopter and registration/call sign
c) Date, arrival time, departure time and destination(s).
Other details significant for the evaluation of the
request shall be provided if so required.
School and training flight, and technical test
flights
School and training flights must be made only
after permission thereto has been obtained from
CPH, Traffic and Airside Operations.
Permission for such flights will not be granted
within the following periods:
1800-0600 (1700-0500) and
on Sundays and public holidays.
For school and training flights and such technical test flights necessary for the purpose of ascertaining the airworthiness of an aircraft during
flight, use of the runway system at København/
Kastrup is restricted as follows:
RWY 04 and 22 used for take-off and landing;
RWY 12 used for take-off only;*)
RWY 30 used for landings only.
*) For technical test flights runway 12 may be
used for landing, if necessary, provided the
test flight has proved the aircraft to be airworthy.
Local regulations
At København/Kastrup a number of local regulations apply. The regulations are collected in a
manual which is available from the AIS Briefing
Naviair (AIS-C) and at the Airport Office.
Among other subjects, the following of importance for the operation of aircraft on aprons are
being mentioned:
1) The meaning of markings and signs.
2) Information about aircraft stands including
docking guidance systems.

Enhver henvendelse om godkendelse af trafik
skal indeholde følgende oplysninger:
1. Ejer/operatør.
2. Flytype og registrering/kaldesignal.
3. Dato, ankomsttid, afgangstid og destination(er).
Efter anmodning skal andre data af betydning
for vurdering af ansøgningen oplyses.
b. Helikopter. Ikke-regelmæssig offentlig lufttrafik
Ikke-regelmæssig offentlig lufttrafik med helikoptere er ikke tilladt uden forudgående godkendelse fra Københavns Lufthavne A/S (CPH).
Henvendelse herom rettes via handlingselskab
eller direkte til CPH’s Trafikafdeling og så vidt
muligt senest dagen før flyvningen ønskes udført.
c.
Enhver henvendelse om godkendelse af trafik
skal indeholde følgende oplysninger:
a) Ejer/Operatør.
b) Helikoptertype og registrering/kaldesignal
c) Dato, ankomsttid, afgangstid og destination(er).
Efter anmodning skal andre data af betydning
for vurdering af ansøgningen oplyses.
Skole- og træningsflyvning samt teknisk prøveflyvning
Skole- og træningsflyvning må kun ske efter forudgående tilladelse fra CPH, Trafikafdelingen.
Tilladelse vil ikke blive givet for følgende tidsrum:
1800-0600 (1700-0500) samt
på søn- og helligdage.
Skole- og træningsflyvning, samt sådan teknisk
prøveflyvning, som er dikteret af et krav om at
konstatere et luftfartøjs luftdygtighed under flyvning (jfr. luftfartslovens §30), må kun finde sted
på København/Kastrup under anvendelse af:
RWY 04 og 22 til start og landing,
RWY12 alene til start, *)
RWY 30 alene til landing.
*) RWY 12 vil ved teknisk prøveflyvning i påkommende tilfælde kunne anvendes til landing, såfremt prøveflyvningen har givet til
kende, at luftfartøjet er i luftdygtig stand.
d. Lokale bestemmelser
På København/Kastrup gælder en række lokale
bestemmelser, som er samlet i en manual. Manualen findes til gennemsyn fra AIS Briefing
Naviair (AIS-C) og på Havnekontoret.
Manualen omtaler blandt andet følgende emner
af betydning for luftfartøjstrafikken på forpladser:
1) Betydning af afstribning og skilte.
2) Oplysninger vedrørende standpladser, herunder indstyringssystemer til standpladserne.

When a local regulation is of importance to the
safe operation of aircraft on the apron the information will be given to each aircraft from TWR
or KASTRUP GROUND.

Removal of damaged aircraft
In case an aircraft is damaged on a runway, it is
the duty of the owner or user of such aircraft to
ensure that it is removed as soon as possible.
E.g. in case of punctures, it may be necessary
that an aircraft - before replacement of wheels
has taken place - moves away from the runway
under its own power.
If a damaged aircraft is not removed from the
runway as quickly as the Duty Airport Manager
consider it necessary for a reasonable dispatch
of the traffic, he shall be entitled to have the aircraft removed for the account of the owner or
user.

Marshaller assistance
Marshaller assistance can be requested via
KASTRUP TOWER or KASTRUP GROUND.
Signals from the marshaller must be complied
with. The marshallers are recognizable by wearing high red-orange high visible clothing.
Marshaller assistance is compulsory, after instruction from ATC, for general aviation aircrafts
during taxiing.

Hvor en lokal bestemmelse er af betydning for
den sikre gennemførelse af luftfartøjstrafikken
på forpladser, vil oplysning herom blive givet til
hvert enkelt luftfartøj fra TWR eller KASTRUP
GROUND.

e. Fjernelse af beskadigede luftfartøjer
Såfremt et luftfartøj beskadiges på en start- eller
landingsbane, påhviler det luftfartøjets ejer eller
bruger hurtigst muligt at fjerne luftfartøjet, hvorfor det f.eks. i tilfælde af punkteringer kan være
nødvendigt, at luftfartøjet, forinden hjulskiftning
finder sted, ved egen motorkraft kører fri af banen.
I tilfælde af, at et beskadiget luftfartøj ikke fjernes fra banen så hurtigt, at det efter den vagthavende lufthavnschefs skøn anses for nødvendig
for en rimelig afvikling af trafikken, er han berettiget til at lade luftfartøjet fjerne for ejerens eller
brugerens regning.
