Om efteråret og om vinteren kan der nemt opstå
symptomer på lysmangel. Ofte betegnes disse
forstyrrelser i hormonbalancen som vinterdepression. Symptomerne er:
•Uligevægt
•Nedtrykthed
•Manglende energi og gåpåmod
•Almindelig utilpashed
Kunstigt lys kan ikke afhjælpe disse symptomer.
Det specielle, kraftige lys fra terapilampen kan – helt
uden brug af medicin – påvirke hormonbalancen og
anvendes enten forebyggende eller som
behandling.
Balancing shortage of light: Well-Being
in winter
During autumn and winter the effects of a lack
of light may cumulate. These disruptions to the
hormonal balance are often categorised as winter
depression symptoms:
• imbalance
• low mood
• lack of energy and drive
• general malaise
Artificial light cannot compensate for this. The
special, light from the brightlight lamp can influence the hormonal balance – without medication
– and be used preventively or therapeutically.
