and pants designed to allow the first two layers to operate properly by protecting
against outside forces. TPG is the first system initially designed to function as
a cohesive 3-part system.

d3o™ Intelligent Shock Absorption™ is a patented, shock absorbing material,
engineered with Intelligent Molecules that flow with you as you move, but
lock together on shock to absorb the impact energy. d3o™ is rate sensitive,
meaning that when moved slowly, the molecules flow freely making it soft
and flexible. At high speeds however–like in an impact–the molecules lock
together making the material an excellent shock absorber. The whole process
occurs instantly, returns to its original state as soon as the impact ends and
is repeatable.
These qualities make it perfect for any application where you need total
freedom of movement and excellent shock absorption. d3o™ is also
extremely low profile and integrates seamlessly into garments, so neither

purchase (not sold separately). It doubles as a standalone jacket
and is constructed of 3-layer laminate fabric that is water and
windproof. 2 chest vents line up with vents on the outer
jacket for ventilation to the body. 2 front side pockets for
storage. Interior storage consists of left side phone pocket plus
right side cargo/map pocket. YKK® zippers used on all
closures. Taffeta-lined sleeves for easy on/off. Internal fleece
cuff band to keep out the cold air. Zippered rear port for
jacket-to-pant conjunction zipper.

Long-Sleeve Shirt: Water and wind-resistant front panel stops moisture and
cold from coming in. Quick drying with enhanced wicking ability to keep you
comfortable. Front zipper neck and chest to help regulate body temperature.
Pants: Comfortable, snug fit eliminates chaffing while still providing flexibility.
Wind and water-resistant front panel on legs keeps you warm and dry. Double
fabric combination wicks moisture away from the skin, circulates body heat and
blocks the elements. Double, top-stitched to eliminate inner seam chaffing.
Moisture transport system wicks the sweat from your body keeping
you cool and dry. Basegear’s heat-release mechanism keeps your skin
surface as cool as possible to help maintain core body temperature–
increases in core body temperature can cause muscle fatigue and
slow reaction time. Fabric is 50% lighter than a cotton T-Shirt after 60
minutes of exercise. It releases 80% of its moisture after 30 minutes of
rest, while cotton only releases 35% of its moisture after 30 minutes of
rest. All seams flat-stitched for added comfort under layering system.

FEATURE DEFINITIONS:
Cargo Storage System (CSS):
This exclusive system is ingeniously concealed under the front chest
pockets. Multiple compartments and an elastic key lanyard make it
easy to carry along all the necessities of the road.
CE-Certified: Your Firstgear® jacket includes CE-approved armor
(Europe’s highest standard) designed to absorb shock and protect
your shoulders and elbows.
Cuff Vent System (CVS): Patented ventilation at the sleeve cuff,
using a 2-way closure zipper that doubles as a vent.
Double stitched: An overlock stitch technique that sews
2 panels together and then requires a second fold and
additional stitch. This gives the seam an extra level of strength in
abrasion situations that a simpler and cheaper sewing technique
would not provide.
Insulated Liner: Removable liners in either jackets or pants that
have insulation material to keep a rider warm in cold weather yet can
be removed for warm weather comfort.
Kwik-Dry™: A specially tanned leather that resists water absorption
and prevents shrinking or staining. Kwik-Dry garments are not
100% waterproof, but prevent any water damage in the event the
garment is directly exposed to wet riding conditions.
Skiving: A quality process shaves down the raw edges of leather
before being sewn so the seam lays flatter and does not leave any
raw leather exposed. Skived seams are stronger, lay flatter and shed
water better than unskived seams.
Temperfoam: A visco-elastic ‘slow recovery’ open cell foam that
absorbs shock but is very comfortable to wear inside garments.
Thermoliner™: Removable liner constructed of perforated
aluminized mylar bonded between polyester fiber and nylon taffeta,
reflects body heat inward and permits humidity to escape to provide
maximum warmth with minimal bulk.
EVA Foam: A lightweight, closed-cell, plastic foam
material that provides good shock resistance.
5-ply Nylon Thread: This thread cannot be broken nearly as easily
as cheaper cotton thread. We use the best 5-ply nylon thread available.
Hiprotec Comfort Armor: The slimmest, most
comfortable CE-approved (Europe's highest standard) armor available. Patented snap-in, positionable
fastening system.
Hypertex™ Waterproof and Breathable:
High Performance Textile with a synthetic membrane designed to
keep you comfortable and dry. Rain and wind stay out while still
allowing vapor to escape from inside the garment. Hypertex™
Plus is 50% more breathable than the standard Hypertex™.
Thermoneck™: Cold weather protection that extends up your neck
and chin, integrated into the jacket. The soft collar feels good against
your neck and stows back into the jacket when not in use.
Top-Grain: The premium, top layer of the hide that has the best
strength and flexibility compared to the lower ‘split’ layers.
Torso Vent System (TVS): Torso Ventilation System
unzips to reveal perforated leather or nylon panels, front and back,
which allow air to pass into the jacket front, circulate around the
torso and exit out the back, providing an air-conditioning effect.

TPG 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on jackets and pants
FIRSTGEAR TPG jackets and pants made of polyester
or nylon, when purchased in the United States or Canada,
are warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of five (5) years from date
of purchase by the original buyer.
TPG 2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY on gloves
FIRSTGEAR TPG gloves made of polyester or nylon,
when purchased in the United States or Canada, are
warranted to be free from defects in materials and
workmanship for a period of two (2) years from date
of purchase by the original buyer.
100% LEATHER JACKETS AND PANTS
FIRSTGEAR leather garments, when purchased in the
United States and Canada, are warranted to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ten
(10) years from date of purchase by the original buyer.
RAINSUIT
FIRSTGEAR rainsuit garments, when purchased in the
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one (1) year from date of purchase by the original buyer.
TEXTILE and MESH jackets and pants
FIRSTGEAR garments made of poly, nylon or leather,
with or without leather panels, when purchased in the
defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two
(2) years from date of purchase by the original buyer.
LUGGAGE
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
FIRSTGEAR footwear, when purchased in the United
States and Canada, are warranted to be free from defects
in materials and workmanship for a period of the lifetime
of the product from date of purchase by the original buyer.
GLOVES
FIRSTGEAR gloves, when purchased in the United States
and Canada, are warranted to be free from defects in
materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years
from date of purchase by the original buyer.
Should a warranty claim arise, return the garment(s)
along with your proof of purchase, to your dealer for
inspection. They will forward your item through their
distributor for evaluation by FIRSTGEAR. If the
garment is found to be defective by FIRSTGEAR,
it will be repaired and returned to you, postpaid. If we
determine that the garment cannot be repaired, we
will arrange for a replacement at no additional
cost to you. Warranty questions may be directed
to FIRSTGEAR at 1-866-302-5676.
This warranty sets forth in full the complete
liabilities and obligations of FIRSTGEAR
in respect to breach of warranty.

The sizing information provided below is only a guideline.
Variables such as weight distribution and height may alter
the size most appropriate for you specifically. Before you
purchase, we recommend you try on these products while
sitting on your motorcycle.
• Pants and overpants fit true to size. If you wear a size 34”
waist jeans, purchase a size 34 pants.
• Tall sizes are 1” to 1-1/2” longer in sleeve length, torso
and inseam.
