Innsbrook Pavilion
Description: Innsbrook’s premiere concert and event venue. It is home to Virginia’s largest mid-week concert series, Innsbrook After Hours. The pavilion
provides wide open space with a top of the line stage and stage covering,
along with permanent tents designed to host any event. Please inquire about
rentable event equipment.

Description: A grass volleyball court area with trash cans and picnic tables. This site
lends itself well to a great company outing to compete and enjoy the weather.
North Shore Commons– Lawn
Description: Vast green lawn space with two natural terraces. The NSC Lawn
sits next to Innsbrook’s largest lake, Lake Rooty, providing one of the most
beautiful settings to be found in Innsbrook. With ample parking, flat wide
lawn, and access road, it is one of Innsbrook’s most frequently used properties and is even home to Innsbrook’s
Great Pumpkin Palooza.

Lake Innsbrook Picnic Area
Description: A split level, decked area surrounded by layers of stacked stone and
flower beds sitting on the Lake at Innsbrook. This is a quaint and natural setting
for any small social or fundraiser. The area provides a wonderful gathering space,
a small green area, and immediate access to our lakeside trails.
North Shore Commons–
Parking Lot
Description: A vast parking lot used to accommodate the Innsbrook After Hours Concert series and multiple office buildings. The parking lot works great for any fundraising walk or fair with easy to use space and direct access to our sanctioned 5k route.
