Are you tired in your journey or stagnant? Do you desire an encounter that
makes all things new? Then it is time to selah, to pause as the psalmist writes
and withdraw with the Lord as Jesus would often do after ministering to the
demanding needs of the sick, the weary and downcasted.
In February of 1971, God called out to a young man: “Will
you come, follow Me, and go to the nations to share the
Word of My Kingdom?” Pete Cavasoz heard this call, left
his life of darkness - drugs, alcohol, abuse, knives and
guns, and began a new life serving God. Cavasoz

CAMP VENUE
WEIL HOTEL, IPOH
Rekindling authentic hospitality in its simplistic nature,
WEIL Hotel is the contemporary urban retreat set in
the backdrop of Ipoh’s old town heritage. It commands
a strategic location with dedicated connection to Ipoh
Parade Shopping Centre.
The hotel is inspired by sophisticated and stylish
interiors complimented by 5-star amenities, including
rooftop infinity pool and awesome views of the
surrounding limestone hills.
In three short years, Rev. Pete was preaching,
evangelizing and sharing with people the love of God
around the nation. In 1998, God called him to take the
ministry around the world. Since then, The Lord has taken him into 23 countries
preaching the gospel. He has been blessed and privileged to see many souls
coming to Christ, to see many miracle’s performed by the hand of God.
God led him to start Papa’s House International in January of 2010. Papa’s
House is currently ministering in nations such as Uganda, Israel, The Philippines

REGISTRATION
Registration starts on 26 March 2016 and ends on 1 May 2016.
Registration will be based on a first come, first served basis as rooms are limited.
Family members sharing one (1) room should sign up on the same form.
Families who need more than one (1) room should sign up on a separate registration form per
additional room requested.
5. Individual campers are strongly encouraged to sign up together with their preferred
roommate (of the same gender) on the same registration form.
6. All registration must be validated with an official receipt.

PAYMENT / CANCELLATION / REFUND
1. FULL payment must be made either by cheque or cash to the Camp Committee upon
submission of the Camp Registration Form. Incomplete form or insufficient payment will
not be accepted.
2. Cheque payment is preferred and to be made payable to GLAD TIDINGS ASSEMBLY OF GOD.
3. Cancellation of registration on or before 10 April 2016 will be charged a RM50 penalty.
4. Payment is refundable if the Camp Committee is unable to accommodate your booking(s).
5. There will be no refund for no-show or cancellation after 10 April 2016.
ROOM
1. Rates are based on per person basis (1 standard room) which include 3D/2N accommodation
with two breakfasts and two dinners.
2. Adult sharing room with a child (below 11 years as at 1 January 2016) will be calculated as
Single Occupancy
3. Rates for children (below 4 years and 4 – 11 years) are for room sharing with parents.
4. The hotel is unable to provide extra bed and as such AWB and NAWB campers are advised to
bring own mattress/sleeping bag.
5. Due to the high occupancy rate expected during the school holidays, the committee is unable
to secure preferential rate for extended stay, and the hotel requires enquiries to be made
directly to them.
COACH FARE
1. Only 80 seats are available on a first come, first served basis.
2. Coach fare is not refundable however replacement is allowed.
3. Coach fare (if applicable) is to be paid during registration.
GENERAL
1. Camp briefing will be held on 4th and 5th June (Saturday & Sunday). Kindly stay back
after service.
2. Hotel check-in registration is from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
3. Campers must abide by the Camp Rules for the entire duration of the camp.
4. Campers are encouraged to purchase own personal accident insurance and/or
medical insurance.
DISCLAIMER
1. Neither GTPJ nor any appointed member of the Camp Committee shall be responsible for
any injury, loss or damage suffered by any camper in any manner whatsoever and however
caused during and for the entire duration of the camp inclusive of journey to and from the
camp venue.
2. Neither GTPJ nor any appointed member of the Camp Committee shall be responsible for
any loss or damage of hotel property caused by the camper in any manner whatsoever
during and for the entire duration of the camp.
