Permaculture - design for an energetic downhill world
Permaculture - design for an energetic downhill world
Permaculture is a design system that integrates various disciplines such as agriculture, construction, energy,
hydrological design, and others, under an ethic of care of the land, in order to generate regenerative human
settlements. It is about imitating nature in our designs, taking full advantage of natural resources while
regenerating ecosystems. It also proposes a comprehensive vision of the organization of regenerative
communities with high social impact and low environmental impact.
About Permaculture study Australia
Permaculture study Australia is taught around the world by various permaculture centres since the 1980s.
It is a life experience in which the participant receives the tools and knowledge to design productive
permaculture systems that benefit the environment and their community.
Currently, the design certificate allows for advanced studies in regenerative design and is a powerful support
to accredit knowledge in the area of sustainability and environmental projects.
In each module of Permaculture design course Australia, we will see a fundamental theme of regenerative
design and its application to the local context. In the course of the different subjects, the participants will
work on group projects in which they will apply what they have learned in the course to make a presentation
on the last day with which they will apply for their certification.
