Season tickets can be collected from
the ticket office when advised or can be
sent by post if preferred. If you require
your season ticket to be posted please
supply a SAE for the value of 93p
(large letter). Or advise the ticket office
to add the charge to your payment. Any
season ticket where correct postage is
not paid may be left for collection.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS
DISABLED SUPPORTERS
The club is as committed as ever to
encouraging a new generation of fans
to come and watch Luton Town and to
making Kenilworth Road a place where all
the family is welcome.
Registered disabled supporters wishing to
buy a season ticket will receive their ticket
at the price category rate below their normal
age entitlement, upon proof of their Disability
Living Allowance.
This year all adults, seniors and golden seniors will
be able to book a season ticket at a discounted price
for a junior or youth if accompanying them to the
game. Accompanied under 10 season tickets can be
purchased for £30 and Under 17’s for £60.00.
(Proof of Disability Living Allowance will need to be seen
each renewal period.) Two seats will be made available
and a voucher for the disabled supporter and the carer
will be available in the season ticket booklet. Both parties
will need to gain access to the stadium together.

MAKE A YOUTH Ticket Donation
Over the last few seasons Trust in Luton have run a very
successful scheme which encouraged Diamond season ticket
holders who did not use their complimentary junior or youth ticket
vouchers to donate them to the Trust.
The Trust would then donate these to local schools and clubs giving youngsters,
who may not normally get the opportunity, the chance to experience a match day at
Kenilworth Road. The club is very proud to be assisting in this scheme once again
this season, therefore any Diamond season ticket holders who wish to make the
use of their tickets in this way are encouraged to contact the ticket office either in
person, by calling 01582 416976 or by e-mailing [email protected].

1.In these terms and conditions the following words shall have
the following meanings:
Application Form “The Instalment Plan Application Form”.
The Card “The credit/debit card you have nominated on
the Application Form”. Club “Luton Town Football Club”.
Instalments “4 or 8 equal payments totalling the cost of
the season ticket(s) and if applicable, the Instalment plan
joining fee and payable on the dates referred to on the
Application Form”. Instalment Plan “The scheme whereby
a season ticket may be paid for in Instalments”. You,
your or yourself “The person applying to the Instalment
Plan by completing and submitting the Application Form”.
Instalment Plan Joining fee 10% of the relevant season
ticket price.
2. The option to pay using the Instalment Plan is not available
to anyone aged under18 years of age.
3. The Club agrees to use reasonable endeavours to collect
the Instalments on the specified dates referred to in the
application form. These dates cannot be changed.
4. The Instalment Plan joining fee (if applicable ) will be
payable at the time of joining and is separate to the
Instalments.
5.In the event of an Instalment being returned unpaid you will
be subject to a penalty fee of £2 for each time this occurs.
6. The Club will collect payment on the 1st of the month,
should that request fail a subsequent request will be made
on 2nd 3rd, 4th or 5th, after which time the club is not
obliged to make further attempts and your account will be
arrears. At this point in time the Club will have the option of
requesting the return of the season ticket or to take other
action as it considers appropriate to recover the arrears.
7.In the event of a failure to return the Season Ticket as
described in clause 6 over the Club reserves the right to
take whatever legal action it considers necessary to affect

How We Use Your Data
We will use the information you provide us, or we have
garnered from web-based technology, for administration,
marketing, customer services and profiling your purchasing
preferences. If compelled to do so, we will disclose your
information to law enforcement agencies. We may keep your
information for a reasonable period to contact you about our
services, offers and promotions.

8. You will not without prior consent of the club be entitled to
use the Season Ticket in the event of a default as described
in clause 6 above any such use without prior consent by the
club is prohibited.
9.If following a default as described in Clause 6 above you
wish to continue to be a Season Ticket holder for the
remainder of the current season, you shall pay forthwith
to the Club to total of the remaining payments which are
unpaid, together with interest thereon at 4% above the base
lending rate from time to time of Bank of Scotland PLC.
10.It is your responsibility to notify the Club of any change to
the Card details. If the Club is not notified of any change
and an Instalment payment fails as a result, the Club shall
have no liability to you and the provisions of Clause 6 and 7
shall apply.
11.Following a default as described in Clause 6 and 7
above, all Instalment facilities will be withdrawn from you
indefinitely.
12.No time or indulgence extended to you nor any waiver of
any breach hereof shall prejudice, affect or restrict the
rights and powers of the Club.
13.This agreement is personal to you.
14.The terms of this agreement will apply to any renewal unless
otherwise advised by the Club on or before the date of
such renewal.
15.The above terms are governed by English law.
By completing the appropriate Tick Box on the Season
Application form and completing relevant card details we will
automatically take payment for your seat and forward your
tickets to you. The Ticket Office will need to be informed of any
card changes throughout the season.
Your Consent
By providing this information you consent to our processing
your sensitive personal data for the above purposes. To make
sure we follow your instructions correctly and to improve our
service to you through training of our staff, we may monitor or
record communications. When you give us information about
another person, you confirm that they have appointed you to
act for them, to consent to the processing of their personal
data, including sensitive personal data and to receive on their
behalf any data protection notices.

If you wish to exclude yourself from receiving Luton Town
Football Club related offers (e.g. season ticket discounts or

How to buy your Hatters matchday tickets
Personal Purchase
League match tickets can be purchased from
the Ticket Office in Kenilworth Road up to two
months in advance of the match.
Online Booking
Supporters are also welcome to purchase
home and away match day tickets online at the
e-ticketing site via the official site. There is a first
time registration process required to obtain this
service. This season there is no surcharge for
purchasing tickets on-line (except the usual £1
card booking fee).
Credit Card Sales
You can purchase tickets by credit card by
calling the Ticket Office during opening hours on
01582 416976 or by going to the Ticket Office
in person. Credit card bookings by telephone
can only be taken up to one hour before kickoff. A booking charge of £1 will be made per
transaction.
Postal Applications
Please forward the correct remittance, together
with a stamped addressed envelope to the Ticket
Office. We would ask you to allow sufficient time
for the tickets to be returned to you in the post.
All Ticket Matches
Certain matches at Kenilworth Road this season
may be classed as ALL TICKET. This means
tickets for all areas of the ground must
be purchased before the day of the match. No
tickets can be sold on the day.
Away Ticket Allocations
Some of this season’s away venues will only
be able to supply a limited number of tickets
for visiting Luton Town supporters. Whilst we will
endeavour to maximise our allocation for such
matches we may be allocated too few tickets
to supply demand so a fair prioritisation system
will need to be imposed. Our first priority will go
to Away Season Ticket holders and Diamond
Season Ticket holders followed by Regular
Season Ticket holders and then general sale. We
may at times include anybody who has purchased
a 5 game booklet within the current season
before general sale if felt necessary.
Match Day Voucher Book
You can now buy a match day voucher book of
five discount vouchers redeemable against any
league match either before or on a match day
throughout the season, subject to availability.
Disabled Supporters
Registered Disabled supporters wishing to buy
a match day ticket will receive their ticket at
the price category rate below their entitlement
upon proof of their Disability Living Allowance.
There will be no charge for their helper. To avoid
disappointment, Registered Disabled supporters
are requested to contact the Ticket Office at least
a month in advance.
