History
Gulf and Arab World Markets
Al Khaleejiah was established in 1990 as an affiliate of the Saudi Research
and Marketing Group (www.srmg.com). Headquartered in Riyadh,
Al Khaleejiah has offices in Jeddah, Dammam, London, Paris , and Dubai.
Furthermore, Al Khaleejiah has established a worldwide network of representatives.
To promote the portfolio of the Saudi Research and Publishing Company
(www.srpc.com) publications , Al Khaleejiah constantly supports and
publishes details of media research and distribution obtained by bona-fide
independent companies.
The success and skills of the marketer are directly related to the business’s
market share. The successful company will also be striving to increase its
market share. The Arab and Gulf markets, therefore, represent a great
challenge to those who are prepared to invest, in terms of product quality,
support, services, and of course promotion. However, support services are
often undersold.
Promotional investment in terms of market growth potential is insufficient
when compared to the existing opportunity. To reach Western levels of promotion, companies need to double their expenditures. We have a wealthy
growing market, and more potential suppliers are waiting at the doorstep.
The competition will be fierce, but the rewards are worthwhile.
Our message is simple: We aim to produce the best, most in-demand
media for the Arabian Peninsula (Arab market). For the reader , the viewer
and the advertiser, our investment is a partnership with them, and we truly
value our partners’ support.
Representation
Today, the SRPC portfolio of publications stands at 25 titles. Al Khaleejiah is
constantly and effectively monitoring market needs.
However, Al Khaleejiah activities are not limited to sales and distribution.
Instead, whenever a marketing requirement is identified, a project team
is assigned to supply detailed information and to report on the various
project-related aspects.
Future
The economic prosperity in the region has made it natural for regional
Arabic titles published by Saudi channels to show good performance. By
remaining in close relationships with GCC markets and improving advertisers’ message in the region, SRPC and Al Khaleejiah successfully took the
initiative in the region.
For corporate or regional advertisers who are committed to the GCC
marketplace, the availability of truly pan-Gulf titles is ideal. Saudi Arabia,
as the dominant economic power in the region, would naturally necessitate
the largest media budget.
On the other hand, advertisers might wish to cover specific markets, such
as in the UAE, Bahrain or Kuwait. This is where the strength of SRPC and Al
Khaleejiah becomes apparent; the client is well placed in the Saudi market
whilst enjoying the extra regional coverage offered by SRPC’s main titles.
Through building and maintaining distribution, editorial and marketing
facilities outside the Kingdom, Al Khaleejiah is showing a unique commitment towards developing and upgrading advertising industry in the region

Artworks (advertisements) are shown in the previous pages based on the
dimensions and sizes of publications (newspapers and magazines).
Resolution of the final electronic file submitted for printing and publishing should be 300 DPI.
Final artwork should be saved as a single file in a non-editable format as
follow: EPS, TIFF or Acrobat 4 (PDF VERSION 1.3).
The artwork in the submitted file should be of exact ad size.
Fonts and numbers used in the artwork should be outlined.
Color ads should be in CMYK (4 colors) format and Black & White ads
should be in Grayscale format.
Advertisement material must be submitted in a CD or by email.
Final file must be non-editable and compressed to maximum 20 MB size
in the CD - or could be sent via email provided that file size should not
exceed 5 MB.

The Publisher will not be responsible for any misprinting due to failure
to abide by the above technical requirements.
The Saudi Research and Publishing Company and Al Khaleejiah
are not responsible for misprinting of small fonts and numbers in the
artwork.
The Publisher shall not be responsible for misprinting of artworks
supplied in JPG format.
Advertisers and their agencies shall assume full responsibility for all
advertisement copies and contents.
The publisher reserves the right to reject any advertisement not suitable for printing..
