Now open in Orlando, Bonefish Grill is a polished casual seafood
restaurant appealing to those who crave high quality seafood in a
comfortable, lively atmosphere at a good value. The menu features a
stellar selection of (just caught) finfish nightly—from Gulf grouper,
Atlantic salmon, ahi tuna, mahi mahi to Chilean sea bass—cooked over
an oak-burning grill. A trio of sauces is offered to enhance the flavor of
the fish, each in a different way. For meat lovers, there are fine choices
of hand-cut beef and pork tenderloin, as well as pasta and chicken.
The semi private raised upper level holds 65. Entire restaurant
buy out available and holds 245 guests.

International superstars Emilio and Gloria Estefan introduce the
Bongo’s Cuban Cafe, a spicy blend of authentic Cuban cuisine and la
cultura of Old Havana, presented in a setting that marries tropical art
deco architectural design with the sizzle of South Beach glamour. This
550 seat dining and entertainment experience debuted at Downtown
Disney in September of 1997.
Two semi private dining rooms, and a second floor that seats 200,

A favorite with the locals, smoke-free Chatham’s offers American
cuisine along with Florida specialties in an airy, Spanish Mission
atmosphere. Enjoy one of Chatham’s signature dishes, such as their
rack of lamb, which has been rated best in the country or the Florida
black grouper with pecan butter. You’re sure to enjoy this wonderful
dining experience.
Smaller restaurant holds 75 people. Private wine cellar holds up

Charley’s Steak House

Family owned and operated since 1974, Charley’s selects only three
year old USDA prime and Certified Angus Beef, ages the steaks for
four to six weeks for tenderness and flavor, and hand-cuts them daily
to ensure consistent quality. The steaks are then flame-broiled over
oak and orange woods in a custom-built pit. Charley’s secret has to
be the pit. Steaks, chicken, chops and fresh fish are cooked over a
1,100 degree fire. The flavor from the wood is marvelous, with an
aroma that will make your mouth water. As you enter the lobby, a
refrigerated case proudly displays Charley’s best attributes, a two to
three inch thick filet mignon, a 32 ounce porterhouse and an 18
ounce (boneless) New York strip. Charley’s Steak House was voted
one of the Top Ten Steak Houses in America.
