Tight radius corners and extra deep bowls offer maximum bowl space to
accommodate large pots and pans. Rear-positioned drain holes in the sink
provide more usable bowl space as well as more space in the cabinet below for

Custom-fitted stainless steel bottom grids offer protection for your sink from
dishes and utensils. An opening in the grid allows easy access to the drain.
Stainless steel grids can be washed in the dishwasher. These heat-resistant
grids can also be used on countertops.
A variety of stainless steel colanders allow for rinsing and draining pasta or
vegetables right in the sink.

Most kitchen cabinets are standard 24” measurement front

sink that can be used is determined by this measurement
and whether or not the counter top has a backsplash. See

Choice of material
In choosing the material you should keep in mind that the
kitchen sink is a heavy-duty utensil. It will show signs of wear
after time but should be able to withstand the rigors of daily
use for a very long time. Different materials will wear in different
ways. BLANCO uses only premium materials and offers a
lifetime limited warranty on all its kitchen sinks, regardless of
the material. Accessories such as sink grids are ideal to protect
the bottom surface of the sink. Owners should observe care
instructions and use only recommended cleaning products.
Stainless Steel
Stainless steel continues to be the most common material for
kitchen sinks, but not all stainless steel sinks are created equal.
Chrome-nickel content is an important consideration. Chrome
increases hardness and wear resistance. Nickel increases
strength and improves shock resistance. Most Blanco sinks are
18% chrome and 10% nickel (18/10), which is the preferred
content for high-end stainless steel sinks. 18/10 stainless
steel is completely hygienic, will not rust and will maintain its
appearance much longer than lesser grade steel.
The gauge (thickness) of the steel is also an important feature.
Note: Gauge is an inverse measurement—20 gauge is thinner
than 18 gauge. A thicker gauge stainless steel sink will maintain
water temperature longer and has more sound deadening
qualities. Thicker gauge stainless steel sinks are in general
more expensive. The optimal gauge is 18.
SILGRANIT®
There are a wide range of coloured sinks available today,
however not all share the heat and scratch resistance of
SILGRANIT®. There are also both soft composites and hard
composites available. These come in a variety of finishes, some
having only surface colour and some coloured all the way
through. Many soft composites have a dull finish. These soft
composites are usually more porous and have a low heat rating
(a hot pot could burn the surface). Soft composites are usually
less expensive but also tend to show signs of wear soon after
being installed. BLANCO SILGRANIT® is a rock-hard composite
material, formed using 80% pure granite. Coloured all the way
through, SILGRANIT® is extremely scratch and chip resistant
and has a heat rating of up to 280° Celsius.

However, if the faucet has a manufacturing defect, BLANCO
reserves the right to replace the damaged part or the entire faucet.
BLANCO warrants its faucets to be free from manufacturing defects
in material and workmanship; and the finish and ceramic disk
cartridge to be free from manufacturing defects and workmanship,
to the original consumer purchaser of the faucet from the original
date of purchase for as long as the original consumer purchaser
owns their home. If the cartridge proves to be defective during
the warranty period, BLANCO will provide a replacement free of
charge.

How to Order Policies
A new enhanced warranty program for faucets took effect April
15, 2010. (This is not retroactive to previously purchased faucets).
It extends the previous 2-year limited period for mechanical
components, hand spray and hoses to a limited lifetime warranty
period. (As before, the finish and ceramic disc cartridge have
limited lifetime warranties).
This warranty does not cover faucets which have been improperly
installed or subject to improper use or used in a location other than
a residential kitchen or faucets which have been damaged due
to mineral deposits or the use of corrosive or abrasive cleaning
agents. This warranty does not cover shipping costs, labour costs
or any other cost associated with the installation or replacement
of the product/parts and is extended only to the original consumer
purchaser of the faucet.
BLANCO is not responsible or liable for indirect, special or
consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use
or performance of its faucets and its liability under this warranty is
limited to the replacement of the defective material at the location
of purchase.
Obligation of the original owner
The original dated sales receipt must be retained by the customer
and is the only acceptable proof of purchase.
BLANCO makes no additional warranties, expressed or implied
and any implied warranty including that of merchantability or
fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in its duration to the
duration of the written limited warranties set forth herein.
No employee, agent or other person is authorized to provide any
warranty on behalf of BLANCO for a BLANCO product that is in
addition to or different from the warranty stated above unless the
warranty has been previously approved by an authorized BLANCO
representative.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights which may vary from province to province.

Terms and Condition of sale
• $100.00 net minimum order on all purchase orders except for parts.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 day notice. All orders will be
invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of receipt of the order.
• Upon delivery, if there is visible damage to the carton, claims against
breakage and or shortages must be made at time of receipt against
the carrier. Also, please notify BLANCO of any breakage or shortage
within 48 hours.
• Concealed damage must be reported to BLANCO within 72 hours of
receipt of merchandise to point of shipment.
• Any item found missing from a sink or faucet must be reported to
BLANCO within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
• BLANCO CANADA INC. will not be held responsible for any cut out
done without the use of and in accordance with the template or
specification sheet.
• BLANCO CANADA INC. reserves all rights to accept an order.
We value all our customers and aim to provide the same level of
service to everyone. All rush orders where indicated will be processed
and shipped within 48 hours from the time the order is received at
BLANCO Canada. No exceptions will be made.
Return Goods Policy
• All returns regardless of product and or part must be accompanied
by a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA) issued by BLANCO
Canada.
• All RGA numbers are to be submitted with the original purchase
order number and approved by BLANCO Canada Customer Service
Department.
• All non-warranty returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25%.
• All items must be returned in their original carton and be in saleable
condition.
• All returns must be made by freight prepaid by sender and the sender
must assume all responsibility for shipping damages that may occur. If
a product is received damaged, there will be no credit issued. BLANCO
Canada reserves the right to limit and or refuse any returns.
