We kindly inform, that on the basis of the performer trial operation and on protocols from
this operation, we evaluate positively FLS-2000 Soy Sticks for lubricating the wheel flange/rail
interface.
Performed operation have shown a few times lower consumption of the lubricant for wheel
flanges (about 20mm/10 000km) relative to the previously used. Moreover, we observed a positive
influence of applied lubricant on the cooperation between flange and wheel, especially while driving
the rolling stock on the small radius curve (cross slip). Simultaneously, during the trial operation we
did not set down and influence of the FLS-2000 Soy Sticks on resistance enhancement and thereby
any negative influence on the work of the srk devices.
Due to the above, we grant permission to use of FLS-2000 Soy Sticksfor lubricating the wheel
flange/rail interface in the observed by “Przewozy Regionalne” sp. z.o.o. vehicles.
