This allows an optimal space use in case of a long and narrow area. The shifting of the cars is performed by a patented pallet knock-out system with friction wheels that act on the central bar of the pallet, which glides on 6 rubber wheels for a silent movement. The Dubble Park is suitable both for private residential access with stick transponders or public parkings for occasional users complete ticketing system with gates, manned and automatic cashiers. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 6 edge park The L type parking system is a solution that stores the cars parallel to the trasloelevator (or shuttle) lane. This allows an optimal space use in case of a long and narrow area. The trasloelevator structure consists of a twin tower with the hoist winch positioned on top of the main column, inside which the counterweight travels. The shifting of the cars is performed by a patented pallet knock-out system with friction wheels that act on the central bar of the pallet, which glides on 6 rubber wheels for a silent movement. The trasloelevator’s platform can be equipped with a double drawer that allows the switch between one full and one empty pallet in order to fasten in-parking and out-parking operations. The Edge Park is suitable both for private (residential) (access with smart cards or stick transponders) or public parkings for occasional users (complete ticketing system with gates, manned and automatic cashiers). The system can be composed of one or more trasloelevetors working in the same lane but each taking care of a specific area. In case of maintenance works or malfunctioning of one trasloelevator the other trasloelevator.can serve the entire area , increasing the availability of the plant. The access to the Edge Park can be arranged through several entry/exit rooms customized according to the specific needs (drive-through entry/exit rooms) directly on the trasloelevator or through secondary elevators that connect the street level with the first parking level. The Edge Park can handle cars parked in double row optimizing the space available. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 7 FAST PARK The recircling of the pallets takes place between 2 floors through two rack & pinion lifts in case of vertical plants and between two parallel rows of pallets on the same floor through two shuttles in case of horizontal plants. In both solutions it is possible to foresee several levels (maximum 5) and rows (maximum 3 for the horizontal recircling). The entry/exit room of the Fast Park can have a turntable either external or positioned on top of the main elevator . It is suitable for private users (access with smart cards or stick transponders); it is modular both in length and height. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 8 Hanging Park It consists of a lift with cable, which carries one shuttle on board. The insole park can have the entry/exit room placed directly on top of the elevator, or use a secondary lift to connect the entry/ exit room to the first parking level where the main elevator operates connecting all the parking floors. It is suitable for large public parkings with a ticketing system connected to automatic or manned cashiers for occasional users, but it can be adapted to private use with smart cards stick transponders. In particular cases maximum exploitation, its possible that the shuttle runs on the edge of the parking slabs, avoiding the construction of the central shuttle concrete slab, thus saving 30 +20cm on the height of each floor It is a modular solution which can be expanded both vertically and horizontally, with the possibility of multiple entry/exit rooms drive-through type or equipped with a turn table. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 10 MODUL Park The Modul Park is the most versatile and fast automatic parking system since vertical and horizontal transportation are totally independent from each other. It is suitable for large public parkings with a ticketing system connected to automatic or manned cashiers for occasional users, but it can be adapted to private use with smart cards (stick transponders). It is a modular solution which can be expanded both vertically and horizontally, with the possibility of multiple entry/exit rooms (drive-through type or equipped with a turn table). It consists of a battery of lifts (one very 80/100 car places) with rope type or rack & pinion hoist mechanism depending on the parking height and the required speed, and one or more shuttles at each parking floor (rotating or simple) . Two shuttles for each lift is the best ratio for a balanced plant. Each shuttle carries one integral lift trolley for car shifting on board. Parking bays can be arranged in single, double and triple rows, allowing an optimal use of space. All the shuttles can operate with each lift, guaranteeing a high ratio of redundancy and consequently a great reliability of the plant: in case of preventive maintenance or accidental stop the system will continue to work in automatic mode by choosing a different component for the execution of the ongoing missions. This system can be installed underground, above ground or mixed. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 11 ROTO Park Suitable both for private and public parkings. It is similar to a Vertical Park, instead of turns around a central axle storing the cars radially in a cylindrical structure. The shifting of the cars is performed by means of an integral lift trolley. It can be installed underground or mixed, it is suitable both for private and public parkings. Every module can handle up to 96 car places. The Roto park is suitable both for private (residential) (access with smart cards or stick transponders) or public parkings for occasional users (complete ticketing system with gates, manned and automatic). In case of particular needs the footprint of the rotopark can be reduced to half or a quarter of the circle. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 12 VERTICAL Park It is the classic single tower trasloelevator for the storage of cars in 90° angle to the traslo lane. Up to the hoist winch being placed on top of the tower structure . The shifting of the cars is performed by means of an integral lift trolley placed on the platform of the trasloelevator. The access to the Vertical Park model can be performed by driving directly on the trasloelevator platform or indirectly through a turntable or a secondary fixed or turning lift. The indirect access gives the opportunity to separate the user time from the main mechanism parking time, shortening the in-parking and out-parking operations in case of a steady flow. The Vertical Park is suitable both for private (residential) parking the access is done through smart cards or stick transponders - and public parking – the access is done through entry/exit gates and automatic or manual cashiers for occasional users. The Vertical Park can be developped underground, above ground or mixed. The access to the Vertical Park can be arranged through several types of entry/exit rooms customized according to the specific needs (drive-through entry/exit rooms) or through secondary elevators that connect the street level with the first parking level. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 13 Well Park The Well Park type parking system is a solution that stores the cars parallel to the elevator or shuttle lane. This allows an optimal space use in case of a narrow area. The shifting of the cars is performed by a patented pallet knock-out system with friction wheels that act on the central bar of the pallet, which glides on 6 rubber wheels for a silent movement, and a pallet knock out system which shifts the pallet sidewards on single or twin rows on each side of the elevator from 2 to 4 car places per floor. The Dubble Park is suitable both for private residential access with stick transponders. AUTOMATIC_ PARKING_ SYSTEM 14 DUAL PARKING The system involves two supporting columns anchored to the floor. On the two columns a common lifting-table slide guides the movement of the lower/upper platforms on both sides (right and left). The lifting cylinders are mounted in proximity to the front side of the system, as well as the synchronized movement chains and the bars connecting the two platforms. The bars are fixed onto the upper platform. The components layout allows for proper clearance between the cylinders and the rear supporting columns, leaving enough room for the door to be opened towards the shaft wall. 2-level independent parking space for No. 2 cars. The system complies with the European Standard EN 14010. General Description: Car Parking System designed for independent parking spaces for two cars with a stacking configuration. Design and Description: The lifting movement synchronization is mechanically obtained by means of a torque shaft mounted beneath the lower platform; two pinions, which are fixed on the two shaft-ends, operate on fixed racks. Lateral lifting chains lift the rear side of the system. A common frame connects the upper and lower platforms. A hydraulic block valve prevents unwanted downward movements of the platforms. The hydraulic and electrical lines are set up together with the system (they are not applied to the walls or floors for corrosion-related problems). As opposed to a system with man on board, this car lift must not be operated when people are still in the vehicle. We offer a wide range of lifts with no men on board that can be adjusted to meet our client’s requirements as well as those of the structure where they will be installed.
