Exact Online JobBOSS and QuickBooks integration
Exact Online JobBOSS and QuickBooks work together. Use Exact Online JobBOSS for all inventory transactions and
QuickBooks for accounting. Exact Online JobBOSS maintains all of your inventory transactions and balances, while
QuickBooks handles all of your receipts, disbursements, and non-inventory transactions. When you perform an
import to QuickBooks from Exact Online JobBOSS, the appropriate information is transferred from one program to
the other.

You can import customers and suppliers
from QuickBooks to Exact Online JobBOSS.
When you perform an import from QuickBooks
in Exact Online JobBOSS, all items in
QuickBooks will be imported to Exact Online
JobBOSS.
The QuickBooks item Name appears in Exact
Online JobBOSS as the item’s Description.
You can also create prospects, customers,
and suppliers in Exact Online JobBOSS and
they will be created in QuickBooks the first
time you create an invoice or vendor bill.
