Dear Future Guest,
On behalf of Porters Neck Country Club, I would like to invite you to consider PNCC as host for
your wedding or event. You do not have to be a member of the club in order to celebrate at our
gorgeous facility! Our exclusive clubhouse provides the perfect setting for your Board meeting of
10 or your cocktail reception for 175. Our first class culinary staff is happy to provide you with
all of your food and beverage needs.
If you are a couple who enjoys golfing, special golf packages can be arranged! Our golf course was
designed by world-renowned golf architect, Tom Fazio. Measuring 7,112 yards, Porters Neck
Country Club's beautiful par 72 course meanders through gently rolling terrain and offers both
the amateur and professional golfer an enjoyable challenge.
A variety of packages are available and any package can be customized to fit your needs. I, along
with our Executive Chef, and staff are excited to work with you in providing you and your guests
with a memorable experience. We look forward to talking with you soon!

PNCC allots 1 hour for your cocktail hour and 4 hours for your reception. Ceremony location is at no charge if
hosting your reception at Porters Neck Country Club. The room is available beginning at 10am in order for vendor
set up and deliveries. We also offer onsite locker rooms for dressing purposes.

Porters Neck, with the exception of a wedding cake. Banquet prices are subject to change without
notice. In conjunction with the North Carolina Health Department, Porters Neck Country Club
does not allow any prepared foods to leave the premises. This is a regulation mandated by the
State and is solely for the protection of your health.

Porters Neck offers a variety of spirits and liquors.
Generally, we set one bar for every 75 guests. This enables us to provide
the most attentive quality service to you and your guests.
The bartender fee is included with all packages.
PNCC can customize any alcohol package. Alcohol is charged based on consumption.

The room rental fee is due in order to secure your room and date. In the event of
cancellation, the rental fee is non-refundable, unless Porters Neck is able to rebook the room(s). If event is
less than 60 days out at time of cancellation, lessee/member is
responsible for 50% of the agreed upon contract/price per person total.
Porters Neck Country Club must be notified of the guaranteed attendance seventy-two hours prior to the
event. We cannot be held responsible for providing the agreed menu and seating for numbers which
exceed the guarantee. In the event the attendance is less than the guarantee, the customer must pay for
the guaranteed number.
The North Carolina liquor laws will not permit any beverage to be brought in or taken out of a licensed
establishment. The Bars do not sell shots of any kind, nor will it provide alcoholic beverage without ice,
with the exception of cordials.
Please advise us of your intentions to decorate the room(s) for your function. Confetti, rice, birdseed &
red rose petals are not permitted inside or outside the clubhouse. If used a cleaning charge of $250.00 will
be levied. Any décor assembly by PNCC staff will be subject to a $250 decorating fee.
Porters Neck Country Club reserves the right to approve all vendors for your functions, such as
entertainment, florist, etc. Also, please advise us as to the delivery time of any equipment which is being
used at your function. The Food and Beverage office will be happy to share recommendations.

All vehicles must be parked in the main lot. We encourage you to drive your guests to the clubhouse
before parking your vehicle.
All guests attending a function at Porters Neck Country Club must enter through the
gatehouse. The number of guests and arrival times will be conveyed to security through the Food and
Beverage office prior to each function. Porters Neck reserves the right to
inspect and control all private functions held on the premises.
Country Club casual includes collared shirts and trousers, shorts and denim jeans for men, and dresses,
skirts, slacks, shorts and denim jeans with appropriate tops for women. No hats should be worn in the
building.
Porters Neck does not assume any responsibility for the damage or loss of items stored or displayed on
club property. Each guest/member is responsible for any damages to club property caused by the guest/
member or their guests. Charges for damages shall be billed in the same manner as that in which other
club charges are billed.
Under no circumstances are guests or vendors allowed on the actual golf course greens. Damage will be
assessed and the lessee will be held accountable for any damage.
