INFORMATION
Anaheim, the heart and soul of Orange County, is perfectly
positioned and in close proximity to three airports. Located in the
Anaheim Resort District, the Convention Center is flanked by two
world class hotels and surrounded by the Grand Plaza a 100,000
square foot open air space with beautiful fountains and lush
gardens. The legendary Disneyland theme park is less than a mile
away and includes Downtown Disney with landmark attractions like
ESPN Zone and House of Blues.
There is no shortage of restaurants within walking distance,
including Ruth Chris and Morton’s Steakhouse which are just blocks
from the hotel, Anaheim Gardenwalk, an open-air shopping, dining
and entertainment center, includes dining options such as Roy’s, P.F.
Chang’s, McCormick & Schmick’s, Cheesecake Factory, California
Pizza Kitchen, Bubba Gump Shrimp and FIRE+ICE. For nighttime
entertainment there’s Bar Louie and Heat Ultra Lounge. Best of all
the weather in March is a balmy 73 degrees.

Rooms at the hotel have been blocked by LMC for the 2013 Annual
Meeting. To take advantage of LMC’s special rates, all reservations
must be made through LMC Corporate Meetings & Travel using our
registration process (see General Information). Your support of our
hotel package helps LMC meet its financial obligations with these
hotels and avoid any unused room penalties.
The 1,031 room Anaheim Marriott Hotel is conveniently located in
the heart of the Anaheim Resort District and just steps from the
Anaheim Convention Center. It is less than a mile from the main
entrance of the Disneyland Theme Parks/Downtown Disney and
within walking distance of GardenWalk, an open-air entertainment
district with restaurants, shops and plenty of evening entertainment.
It is accessible by three airports: John Wayne/Orange Country (14.1
miles), Los Angeles International (35 miles) and Long Beach (18.2
miles). Valet parking is available at a cost of $28 per night and
self-parking is $24 per night. Check in time is 4:00 PM/Check out
time is 12:00 PM

Beach (18.2 miles). LMC has negotiated special meeting fares with
Delta for this event (5% discount on full/non restricted fares and a
2% discount on discounted/restricted fares). To take advantage of
these discounts, go to www.delta.com and refer to file number
NMEJL. You may also call the Delta Meetings and Incentive Desk at
1-800-328-1111 and refer to file number NMEJL but please note that
you will be charged a $25 booking fee. You can also call World
Travel, 1-800-874-6700 (9am-5pm EST) and ask for Chris Mull or Jeff
Feingold to receive these same discounts or to research all flight
options for this meeting.
Ground Transportation
Information on ground transportation including a special LMC
Shuttle from Los Angeles International Airport will be available
closer to the meeting date.
Early Registration

registered by Sept. 30th who attend the Annual Meeting will receive
a $500 credit to offset travel expenses. One credit per LMC Dealer
Company. To register go to www.lmc.net, enter your password and
click on the events tab in the top right corner of the home page.
Dealers who complete the early registration will be e-mailed a link to
complete the formal registration process (select activities and
confirm hotel information) once the entire meeting web site is
