THE ADVANCE ORDERING ADVANTAGE
By arranging your food and beverage service in advance, you and
your guests will have more time to sit back, relax, and enjoy the
event. The Premium Suites advance ordering menu provides access
to a larger selection of exciting dishes, hot and cold, to please the
appetites of you and your guests. Your advance order will be delivered
to your suite at the requested time, up to one hour prior to the start of
the event.
ARAMARK ONLINE ORDERING
Check out our menu on the internet! Surf to our online catering site
at www.ps.aramark.com/rogersarena for photos and descriptions of
all our exclusive menu items. If you are a new user please contact
the premium suite catering department at 604-899-7563 to set up
your personal account. Once we receive your request, a confirmation
will be emailed back to you, and you can begin placing orders. The
deadline for online advance ordering is two business days prior to the
event you are attending. For your convenience, we recommend
that you add our web site to your ‘favourites’ list for easy and quick
access to your catering needs.

ORDERING FOOD DURING THE EVENT
Please allow up to one (1) hour for delivery of all food orders placed
during the event. Refer to the Event Day Menu, order through your
attendant, or contact Suite Catering by pressing the “Catering” button
direct from your suite phone during an event to place your order.
Game day ordering is provided as a convenience to our guests and
is designed to supplement a pre-event order, not replace it. Your
understanding is sincerely appreciated. Please note that all food and
beverage consumed in the suites must be purchased from Suite
Catering.

PREMIUM SUITE CATERING LINE
If you require assistance, please feel free to call the Premium Suites
Catering line at 604-899-7557 from 9 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday.
All advance food and beverage orders and special instructions must
be received via fax, email, or online order three days prior to the
event. You will receive a fax or email confirmation of your advance
order 24 hours prior to the event.
CANCELLATIONS
No charges will be assessed to Suite Holders for orders cancelled at
least 24 hours in advance. Suite orders that are cancelled less than
the 24 hour minimum will be assessed 50% of the total food and
beverage order and 100% of the Private Attendant (if applicable)
order.
BEVERAGE ORDERING
In-suite beverage service is provided from a built in bar and
refrigerator, which can be fully stocked with your choice of wellknown, brand name products. We recommend that, as an Executive
Suite Holder, you establish a standard par inventory of beverages
for use in the suite. Once last call has been completed, ARAMARK
Sports & Entertainment will restock your inventory back to your
requested levels.
Please be aware that according to the British Columbia Liquor Control
and Liscencing Board (BCLCLB) and the policies of Rogers Arena no
alcoholic beverages may be brought into or removed from the suite
except by Executive Suite Catering services personnel. All of our suite
attendants are Serving it Right and TIPS certified.
ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGE
A standard Administrative Charge of 18% will be added to all food
and beverage orders. The Administrative Charge is not intended to be
a tip, gratuity or service charge for the benefit of employees; however,
please note that 70% of the Administrative Charge is distributed to
certain employees as additional wages.
TIPS OR GRATUITIES
If you would like to reward your specific server for exemplary service,
gratuities are at your discretion and may be added to the guest check.
Please feel free to speak to a manager for further clarification.
TAXES
Food, Beverage and Administrative Charge are subject to current
provincial and federal sales taxes.

FOOD SAFETY & ALLERGY AWARENESS
Consuming raw meat, seafood, or shellfish may lead to foodbourne
illness. Cold and hot food items displayed in your suite will be
removed in a timely manner to prevent the potential risk of
jeopardizing food safety. Should you or any of your guests have
an allergy to any food item, please ensure you inform the Suite
Department upon placing your order. This will allow us to take the
utmost precautions in serving you and your guests.
All food products served in the suites are handled exclusively by
ARAMARK. It is not permissible for guests to bring or remove food to
or from the suites. Any food products brought into the suites without
prior authorization will be charged to the suite holder at our normal
retail price.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE SERVICE
We look forward to your visit to Rogers Arena and remind you that
your suite attendant has the right to refuse alcohol service to minors
and intoxicated guests. For your safety and enjoyment, the Laws of
British Columbia regarding the service of alcoholic beverages will be
strictly upheld by Canucks Sports & Entertainment and ARAMARK
Sports & Entertainment.
To maintain compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the
Province of British Columbia, we ask that you adhere to the following:

It is the responsibility of the Suite Holder, or their representative,
to monitor and control alcohol consumption within the suite.
Minors (those under the age of 19), by law, are not permitted
to consume alcoholic beverages.
It is unlawful to serve alcoholic beverages to an obviously
intoxicated person.
Suite Holders are not permitted to take cans, bottles or glasses
outside the suite area. Drinks taken outside the suite must be
poured into a disposable cup.
Provincial Liquor Inspector reserves the right to enter the suite
for the purpose of inspection.
For suites without a par-restocking agreement, ARAMARK
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose of any
unconsumed or unopened food and beverages at the end of
each event and to restock certain items for subsequent events
and credit will not be given for any such items.
