Fat Coat Retriever CH. Cantilly Wes Abbey Janet & Bill Richardson In Pensacola, Gwen shown by Kathryn Harris won a huge open class of 8 both days and also got 2 points on Thursday in Fort Walton. At the Agility Trial in Decatur Gwen got her first two Novice Agility Jumpers legs at her first Agility trial and her mother Glenys started Novice Standard and got two legs and at the MADOC agility, Montgomery she finished her Novice standard title and moved up to Open standard and got one leg there. Glenys started agility a few years ago but was very noise sensitive and hated the noise of the teeter so we gave up trying standard courses and just did jumpers. Then we stopped to have a few litters of puppies and now she is spayed and my goal now for Glenys is to get her Excellent jumpers leg to give her that title but we are always 5 econds over time. (pictured right) Honeyfox So Dash N' Debonair “Dewey” (pictured left and below) Dewy came to live with us in March from a friend in Pennsylanvia, so the Birmingham and Tuscaloosa shows were his first chance to be shown so we were thrilled when he took the dog points two of the three days there. I then took him to Perry to the Greater Atlanta Specialty where he went Winners Dog for his first Major. I look forward to getting this lovely boy out and also to start him in Agility and Obedience. Dewey’s first major when shown at the Greater Atlanta Specialty in April following three all breed shows where he took reserve. Dewy has only been shown at 3 shows since then as he has blown most of his coat so we look forward to more points later on. He did get points at our show in April two of the three days and one point Thursday while we were at Hattiesburg. Dewy is now starting agility training and just graduated from beginner obedience.
