To treat this part of the face which can reveal your
age or lifestyle, VALMONT offers Reflection on a
Frozen Lake, a unique treatment perfectly adapted
to this highly delicate skin area. Products applied

Soy milk sorbet with black rice vinegar

Ingredients
80 cl soy milk
2 tablespoons acacia honey
8 tablespoons black rice vinegar
The sorbet
Carefully mix the three ingredients in a bowl.
Pour the mixture into the ice-cream maker and start the machine.
The presentation
Serve by shaping into oblong balls using two tablespoons that have been previously
dipped into lukewarm water.

A child asks me to draw the time
In my mind, I begin to draw, freehand, the minimalist yet essential lines of the Ludwig Mies van
der Rohe pavilion built in 1929 for the Universal Exhibition in Barcelona (I love Barcelona).
The architecture’s solid symmetry channels the space and light through two horizontal planes
interspersed with perpendiculars, creating a perfect balance between earth and sky - a genuine
challenge to time.
With my finger, I follow the elegant curves of the Rodolphe timepieces, a «blend of innovation
and purity». The hands, movements and crowns of these watches are assembled, completed and
united in a perpetual swirl and take on such names as Substance, Instinct, Paninaro to best tame
the time.
I apply several drops of l'Elixir des Glaciers Sérum Précieux on my skin because its perfect
alchemy allows clever molecules to melt, meet and blend in a cosmetic ballet to counter the
damaging effects of time.
