The Interior Finish Selection document is to be used in conjunction with the Floor Plan, Finish Plan, and Reflected
Ceiling Plan.
Anticipate 8-10 week lead times for all materials and finishes.
CFSI does not guarantee the availability of selected products.
It is the contractor’s responsibility to coordinate the delivery and installation of all materials and finishes unless
otherwise noted.
It is the franchisee’s responsibility to share this document with any pertinent consultants (e.g. Architect, Engineer,
General Contractor, Subcontractor, etc.).
Change Management:




Any changes made by the franchisee, general contractor, architect, etc. after this document is issued by CFSI
must be approved by project lead.
All proposed changes must be annotated, scanned, and emailed back to the project lead for review.
If approved, the project lead will reissue the revised finish document to the franchisee.
It is the franchisee’s responsibility to update any pertinent consultants with the changes (e.g. architect, engineer,
general contractor, subcontractor, etc.).

The Americana Collection includes nine pieces, printed on canvas and gallery wrapped on a 1 ½” wood frame. Each piece comes with security hardware, ready to hang. There are six pieces available in portrait orientation, designated A1. There are three pieces in landscape orientation, designated as B1. Both portrait and landscape orientations come in two different sizes, 18x28 and 22x34. Heroic Portraits include 15 individual pieces and three groups of three. The frame is a modern profile with a cool, textural, aged, dark silver leaf finish. Instead of glass, each piece comes with a non‐glare acrylic over the matter for durability. They come with security hardware, ready to hang. Wall Quotes include nine repositionable vinyl letters to be applied directly to vinyl wallcovering or painted walls. 4‐5 inches from the top of the wainscoting to the bottom of the piece of art is the recommended height for hanging art. Center on walls. If you are grouping, having a 7 ½” space between each piece is ideal. The canvas wrapped pieces and framed and matted pieces come with security hardware already on the backs of each piece.
