Introduction to Using My Account
The primary tool for managing your eFax Corporate fax network is My Account. You’ll access My Account by logging
in to the eFax Corporate web site at www.efaxcorporate.com. My Account provides a secure environment to add new
numbers, assign users and review reports of inbound and outbound fax traffic. And if you ever need help with your
account, you always have access to eFax Corporate Customer Support 24-hours a day by calling (800) 810-2641.

Navigating My Account
This is the welcome menu for My Account. From here you can choose to add numbers, create or edit users, review
usage logs and change account settings. Click the menu items on the right to expand the menus.

Viewing a User Account
Click User Accounts > View Accounts to view active users. Viewable fields include name, billing code, number, PIN
and send enabled. The optional billing code field allows you to assign each user to a department or cost-center code.
Use this code to run reports grouped by billing code on your monthly invoice.

Adding Fax Numbers
You must add fax numbers to your account before creating user accounts. This page allows you to add groups of
numbers from selected area codes. It also displays the total quantity of assigned and unassigned fax numbers. Click
Add Numbers to choose the location and quantity of the numbers you need to add.

Creating New User Accounts
Once you’ve added fax numbers, new users can be created and assigned to the numbers. You can assign each user to
multiple numbers in different area codes.

Creating New User Accounts by Importing a Spreadsheet
This powerful tool allows you to import users from a .CSV spreadsheet file. Click User Accounts > Import User List
to import your file. Download the sample user list and reference documentation for more information on importing a
user list to My Account.

Removing Users
You can remove a user from your user list by clicking User Accounts > Remove Users. The user’s fax number will return
to the pool of unassigned numbers and can be reassigned immediately. The Account Administrator will receive any
faxes sent to this number while it is unassigned.

Creating Activity Reports
Several different usage reports are available through My Account. Run single-user reports of inbound and outbound
fax activity during the previous twelve months. In addition, run aggregate monthly reports for your entire fax network,
which can be downloaded as a .CSV spreadsheet.

Changing Global User Settings
Click Admin Preferences > User Settings to change global settings for users in your fax network. For example, turn
off the welcome letter sent each time you add a user. You can also restrict which company domains can be used to
receive faxes.
