Regional ICT Seminar for Eastern Region @ AWANA
On 25th June, Prodata had organised a one–day Regional ICT
Seminar at Resorts World Awana in Genting Highlands. The event was
attended by almost 100 participants from FELDA and FGV Group of
Companies from Pahang and headquaters.
Like in previous years, the seminar was part of our efforts to get
closer to our users. During the seminar, Prodata teams were able to:Update our users on the systems / applications which are being
provided by us;
Listen to our uses on the issues that they are facing when dealing
with us;
Listen and gather suggestions on improvement for Prodata for the
benefit of both.

Prodata's GM, Encik Muhammad Nasran said in his opening
speech that similar events will be held later this year in other regions.
The event was also attended by Felda Global Ventures Holdings’s Chief Information Officer, Mr. Daniel VC Lee.

PRODATA Successfully Maintaining the Recognition of CMMI for Software Development
Early this year, Prodata had successfully maintained its recognition of “CMMI for Development Version 1.3, Maturity Level 3”. This recognition was first achieved in 2009. This achievement by our software
development teams is an important validation of the implementation of system development and engineering capabilities that are used every day as
institutionalized process to produce quality products and services.
With this recognition, it would help Prodata
to compete aggressively in the domestic and overseas market.
What is CMMI?

from Madam Thana of MFQ Asia.
CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) is a prestigious accreditation for software
development from the CMMI Institute in Pittsburgh,
United States. It is a proven approach to performance management. CMMI framework is being
adopted globally and throughout the world including North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, South
America and Africa as international standard.
