To Gather
Our staff will take in charge your seminary and will be glad to realize a tailored-made service depending on
your objectives and your needs.
Our hotel has seven assembly rooms of 40 to 116 m² that can welcome, depending on the configuration, from
10 to 110 persons.
Example of the Mélèze room configuration (116m²): “Theater style”: 110, “Class room style “: 65, “U style“:

We also propose you the rent of the “Coupole room” and “Rex room”, from 200m by foot of our hotel, that can
welcome, depending on the configuration, from 80 to 300 persons.
Our multi-purpose reception rooms benefit from a natural sunlight with a view on the three hectares park,
and are provided with all the needed material to get sure everything goes smoothly (paper-board, free WIFI ,
video projector, projection screen).
The professional reception and the personalized following up are our assets. Only one spokes person take in
charge effectively the organization of your meeting.

GENERAL SALES
SALES TERMS
This translation is meant for information purposes and is not
legally binding
Article 1: Application of General Sales Terms
The present terms apply to the services provided by the hotel as
described in the attached quotation sheet.
These General Sales Terms are sent to the Client along with the
quotation(s) to allow him to carry out a reservation. This means that
any reservation requires the Client to fully agree, with no reserves,
to the present terms, regardless of whatever else is found in other
documents such as leaflets or commercial documents.
Should any inconsistency show up between the stipulations of the
quotation(s) signed by the Client and those of the present General
Terms of Sale, those of the quotation shall prevail.
Article 2: Reservations
The Client’s reservation is definitely registered on the hotel’s receipt
of the relevant quotation, duly dated and signed by the Client, with
his stamp and “accepted” written, along with an instalment
mentioning the relevant article for the services offered by the hotel.
Article 4: Change in Services Offered
Any change in services offered according to the initial quotation
must be sent in written form to the hotel.
Except for the case of a written agreement sent at least 8 days
before the event starts, the contract shall be deemed to remain in
force according to the terms and conditions accepted by the Client
Article 5: Cancellation
As invoicing is based upon services booked, the Client is required
to pay utmost attention to the following cancellation conditions.
Written notice of cancellation of whole or of any part of initial
reservations must be given.

In the case of cancellation notice sent more than 30 days
before the start of the event, the Client shall be refunded the
instalment paid within 8 days time following the notice.
•
In the case of cancellation notice received less than 30 days
time before the event starts, the hotel will be entitled to
retain the instalment as compensation.
•
In the case of cancellation notice received less than 8 days
before the event starts, the Client shall be due to pay the
entire amount mentioned on the quotation sheet.
For any partial cancellation, a pro rata rule shall apply to the
above - mentioned cancellation conditions.
Article 3: Reservation Confirmation

Article 9: Payment Terms
The instalment to be put down when booking is 30% of the total
amount of the charge at the time of reservation, and another 30%
instalment, of that same total amount, will be due 30 days before
the event starts.
The amount of these instalments is deducted from the final bill
(what remains) subject to possible cancellation compensation.
Unless otherwise stipulated by the contract, final payments are due

If there is any disagreement concerning part of the invoice, the
Client undertakes to immediately pay the share that is not
questioned and to give the hotel written notice of the subject of the
dispute.
Payment of extra charges (for laundry services, the minibar, drinks,
phone and fax costs and so on) and of other services provided to one
or several participants will be done directly by these persons, at the
reception, and before they leave.
Should one or several participants fail to pay for services on top of
those included in the quotation sheet (such as extras or meals), the
invoice will be sent to the Client who will pay it on receipt.
Any overdue payment will yield delay interest equal to once and a
half the prevailing legal interest rate. All expenses that may be
incurred by the hotel in order to collect money due will be charged
the Client.
In the case of individual payments, that is to say when each
participant pays his own share, the instalment paid when reserving
will be refunded the Client within 8 days time of the total amount of
sums owing are cashed.
Any amount remaining due 14 days after the end of the termination
of the service provided will be deducted from the instalment paid,
and the remainder repaid the Client.
Article 10: Photo
Photo Reporting
The Client is required to inform the hotel of the presence of a
photographer and will personally ensure that all necessary
authorizations have been obtained.
Article 13: Insurance for Breakage and Theft
In no case whatsoever shall the hotel be considered liable for any
sort of damage, especially through fire or theft, which might
concern objects or equipment given in by the Client or
participants during the event for which the hotel is booked. The
Client must make ensure the custody of his own goods and
equipment, and those of the participants, particularly lockers,
except for those under watch of the hotel staff outside the rented
premises.
The Client is particularly encouraged to take out a specific
insurance policy for any heavy equipment or valuables,
considering that the hotel shall not be liable for any damage
caused to them nor in the case of theft.
The Client is responsible for all damages caused through his
action (especially by the participants or their guests) and
undertakes, if the premises made available are deteriorated, to
pay to have them restored.
Article 14: Recommendations
The Client shall only invite people whose behaviour is in no way
likely to be detrimental to the hotel they are staying at, which
hotel reserves the right to take action if necessary. No food or
drink may be brought inside by the Client. The Client undertakes
to have all participants and their guests abide with all the
instructions and the rules of the hotel (particularly no-smoking
rules in public areas). The Client will make sure the participants
do not disturb the normal functioning of the hotel nor cause any
danger to the hotel or to the people staying at it.
Article 15: Force Majeure
The hotel may put an end to its obligations, or defer them, if it is
materially impossible to fulfil them owing to the occurrence of an
exceptional event, or in the case of force majeure, and particularly
in the case of partial or total destruction of the building.
Article 11: Royalties
The Client shall personally see to all necessary declarations and to
the payment of duties, particularly to the SACEM, concerning the
broadcast of musical creations and more generally speaking, of any
events going on at the premises (bands, disks, etc.).
Article 16: Claims and Disputes
Claims and disputes can only be taken into consideration when in
writing and sent to the hotel no earlier than 8 days after the
event has ended.
In the case of a dispute, and if no amicable agreement is reached,
