Collection in 2010. This program is designed to supply your hotel with a valueadded Simmons® Beautyrest® Pocketed® Coil Mattress Collection, combining
the buying power of Wyndham Worldwide and the manufacturing strength of
Simmons® Mattress Company. We call it Good, Better, Best – simplified process
for selecting and ordering mattresses. This program, developed in collaboration
with Wyndham Worldwide’s Strategic Sourcing department, gives you this simple
strategy for your Simmons® Beautyrest® Pocketed® Coil Mattress selections. This
program allows you to tailor your mattress purchase based on which Wyndham
Hotel Group brand you own, location of the property, competitive market set

2. A Customer Service Representative will contact you to arrange/confirm the
scheduled delivery date.
3. Every NEW customer must submit an account application form, there are two options:
• Cash/Credit Card Application.
• Open Terms Credit application.
Upon receipt, review, and approval of the appropriate application form,
a customer’s order will be processed. *Trade, Dun and Bradstreet, and
bank references are required prior to the approval of Open Terms Credit
applications. Open Terms Credit applications may also require an initial
deposit to be paid in advance of any orders being fulfilled.
4. Normal lead-time is three to four weeks. Custom sizes require six weeks.
5. Delivery service for orders of 20 pieces or more is provided by
Simmons® at no charge within 400 miles of the plant and within the
Continental U.S. only, providing the location can accommodate a 53’
trailer. Less than 20 pieces will incur a one-time $50 USD stop charge.
Prices not valid for Hawaii, Canada, or Puerto Rico.
6. To make changes to an order, notify your representative in writing at least
10 business days prior to delivery.

ABOUT THE EVERNU ® MATTRESS TOP
Simmons’ new EverNU® replaceable mattress top has
revolutionized how hotels view bedding products. The
zip-off top, which is available on all Beautyrest ® and
Beautyrest Black® mattresses, allows hotels to refresh
their guests’ sleep experiences by replacing a mattress’
top upholstery layers.
The EverNU® top is designed to help hotels:
• Maintain the original comfort of a bed for the life of the mattress
• Extend the lives of hotel beds so they do not need to be replaced as often
• Quickly and easily upgrade beds to plusher models
• Customize the feel of a mattress for a guest

Simmons developed the EverNU® mattress top to help
hotels get the most use out of their mattresses. The average
hotel replaces their mattresses every seven years, and
most of these replacements occur because the mattresses’
comfort layers have compressed over time, causing the beds
to lose their original feel. The EverNU® top enables a hotel to
replace the comfort layers of its mattresses without replacing
the beds’ Pocketed Coil® or Advanced Pocketed Coil™
springs, which last far longer than the fabrics and foams used
in comfort layers. Hotels just need to replace their EverNU®
tops to restore their beds’ original comfort. And because
hotels can replace the mattress top instead of the entire
mattress, beds with the EverNU® top actually cost less per
night of use than traditional mattresses.
Simmons’ EverNU® Top: A Sustainable Mattress Choice
Given that the average life of a traditional hotel mattress is
only seven years long and there are more than 4.5 million
hotel rooms in the United States, it’s logical to believe
that the hospitality industry contributes at least 650,000
mattresses to American landfills each year. With one mattress
taking up approximately 23 cubic feet, that means hotel
mattresses add more than 15 million cubic feet of waste to
landfills annually.
Thanks to the EverNU® top, hotels may now keep their

that the pairing of an EnduroTECH® foundation and Simmons
mattress will help supply a restful night’s sleep to thousands of
guests for years to come.
Eco-Friendly Construction
Not only is the EnduroTECH® foundation incredibly
durable, it is also environmentally responsible. Made with
natural materials, each EnduroTECH® unit features a frame
constructed of wood from plentiful evergreen trees, which
are typically sourced from forest companies certified to the
Sustainable Forestry Initiative standard. Because EnduroTECH®
foundations are specifically designed to minimize the need for
alloys and synthetic elements, they contain a higher natural
material content than traditional box springs and may be
recycled once they have reached the end of their useful life.
