Intersport Group, Inc. Welcome to our Custom Exterior Carrier program. This program was developed so that law enforcement professionals can have the widest range of options for the design and color of their exterior carriers. This is a NO MINIMUM program; we will produce just one for your individual needs. By following our Design & Order steps you will create an exterior carrier that is EXACTLY what you need for your department or individual use. Not only will it have the features you need we will custom dye the outer shell fabric to match whatever swatch sample you provide us. IMPORTANT! Our universal carriers are intended to be worn with your concealable carrier. This is a critical point because it could impact the warranty that is provided by your body armor supplier. CUSTOM EXTERIOR CARRIER Overview FEATURES: By making your selections when you Design & Order our Custom Exterior Carrier (CEC‐1 or CEC‐2) you will be creating the carrier that's perfect for your needs. Although we have tried to anticipate all variations you could want it's possible you'd like something you don't see on our examples. In this case, please use the Sketch Template to further explain your requirements. FABRICS: The outer shell fabric is the only one that we can custom dye to match your provided sample. The lining fabrics must be chosen from the fabric swatches. The webbing must also be chosen from the swatches or covered with your custom fabric. An example of what this would look like has been included in the sample kit. SIZING: To make sure the best possible fit is provided to you our sizing samples come with 6 base sizes XS‐2XL for men or women. You are advised to select the base size that offers the best upper body fit and then follow the instructions for making size changes to the lower body fit: overall width or length of the front and back of the carrier. PRICING: The Maximum price of our exterior carrier is CEC‐1 $159.99 or CEC‐2 $164.99. Final pricing will be provided based on quantity purchased and feature changes. There are no hidden fees or up charges of any kind. Pricing for our custom pouches will range between $15.00‐$10.00 per pouch depending on the model. ORDERING: Every department has a different approval and ordering process. The key point to this program is that a purchase order or full payment is required to place your custom carrier order. DELIVERY: 8 ‐ 12 weeks, the size of your order and production levels at the time it's placed have an impact on the delivery schedule; Orders of less than 50 carriers may be consolidated and shipped with larger orders. approved concealable carrier.
DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE YOUR BODY ARMOR IN THE MAYHEM CARRIER UNLESS IT
IS HAS FIRST BEEN PLACED INTO THE MANUFACTURER'S CONCEALABLE CARRIER.
If for any reason your Mayhem carrier causes your body armor to fit incorrectly DO NOT WEAR IT.
Notify us immediately and we will make whatever corrections are necessary so that your body armor fits
according to the manufacturer's guidelines.

Each brand of camera has different attaching mechanisms so we are prepared to work closely with you to create the features needed in the carrier to accommodate the cameras used by your department. Our large center hidden pocket may be a good place to secure the battery and wires connected to the camera. Sizing 3. Design and Order 1. You've decided to order our 100% refundable custom exterior carrier (CEC) sample kit. Review these materials carefully. Use this kit to present to your approval committee. Be sure to ask lots of questions, this is a custom program so it's impossible to anticipate each unique requirement. If you need something that is not presented please don't hesitate to ask. 100% Refundable Sample Kit should include: ‐ A fully produced uniform exterior carrier. This allows you to see what that quality and overall pattern will be like on your carriers should you decide to order from Intersport Group, Inc. ‐ Binder that explains the entire program, has fabric swatches and a few tools you may find useful for sizing. ‐ Samples of our pouch selections. We can produce pouches in different configurations if they are needed. ‐ Return shipping label. A. If you decide to order your exterior carriers from us, please go to step 2. B. If you decide our product is not the best fit for your agency, company or department; feel free to use the return shipping label that is included in your binder and send the sample kit back for 100% refund. You will be refunded with 2 business days of receipt of the kit. 2. Order the 100% refundable sizing samples for FLAT or STRUCTURED body armor, CEC‐1 or CEC‐2 100% Refundable Sizing Samples should include: ‐ 6 base size carriers produced in sizes XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL so that you can insert your body armor, attach to duty belt and wear it for daily use in order to test for the best fit. ‐ Return shipping label A. Once everyone has been sized you will enter individual measurements on our website. Follow our detailed steps on or Ordering Check List in this binder. B. Once every officer or employee has been sized you may keep the sizing kit for future use or feel free to use the return shipping label to send the sizing carriers back to us. Nylon. They can be made in any color fabric that you request. The pouches that you receive are intended to give you an example of stitching methods that result in a flexible fabric pouch that can be attached to your M.O.L.L.E if your carrier design includes it. All of our pouches are produced with built in horizontal webbing and come w/ a quick clip for attaching to your carrier. We can easily change the overall size or shape of a pouch if required. CUSTOM EXTERIOR CARRIER Alteration Explanation Our alteration procedure is for the LOWER body only. Please use the six base size carriers to find the carrier that fits the officer's UPPER BODY best and then make adjustments to the LOWER BODY as needed. Pay special attention to the armhole area and choose the base size that is long enough to allow for the most comfortable fit under the armpit. LOWER BODY is defined as the overall width of the carrier and the length starting from the top of the side panel down to bottom edge of the carrier. This form is not set up to accept changes to the size of the neckline and armhole area of the carrier. We have provided a sketch below and additional instructions on page two of the alteration form to further explain our alteration system. If for any reason an officer cannot find a base size that fits the upper body properly please contact us for full custom size instructions.
