Stabilizes thread feed and prevents the threads from being tangled or
cast off to provide safety for operators.

Tubular goods frame
Suitable for embroidery on tubular
products such as T-shirts, sweatshirts
or uniforms. Select from many sizes
to fit yours products.
Wide Cap Frame (optional)
A wide cap frame for embroidery on
finished caps. No matter what type of
cap, embroider to a maximum length
of 360mm on the circumference of
the cap (Adult size). Attach or detach
caps on the cap frame
with easy one-touch
operation. 3 kinds of
frames are available
for adult size, child
size and baby size
caps.

“Simple Operation Embroidery”
An innovative system in the pursuit of
stress free machine operation.
The TEMX-C single head type combines the
new and powerful functions, proven in our
multi-head machines, into a compact body.
This compact embroidery machineis the
same size as the NEOII. It is small but capable
of making embroidery on a wide space with
high performance, This
machine gives you powerful assistance on
every imaginable stage from a shop bussiness
to small lot production.
The middle thread guide with take-up spring
keeps the balance of upper and lower threads
The thread take up springs pick up excess
thread and stabilize the balance of the upper
and lower threads during high speed
operation improving thread tension. Thread
breakage due to extra fine satin stitches
(2mm or less), needle tip or thread
untwisting etc. has been reduced by 30 50% (compared with our conventional
specification).
Thread breakage detecting system for
prevention of production error
A sensitive sensor monitors the thread
movement at all times. If the upper or under
thread is broken, this system detects it in an
instant and stops stitching to prevent
embroidery production from continuing with
broken thread. The sensitivity of the sensor
can be adjusted on the control panel
depending on the embroidery conditions.
Rotary disk
The rotary disk, cut in a unique
shape, rotates without slippage,
following the thread feed. The slit
plate also rotates in
synchronization and if the rotation
is stopped for some reason, the
sensor detects it and stops
embroidery operation immediately.

Spiral tube, Take-up lever guard <PAT>
paying attention to safety
Spiral tubes between the upper thread
course stand and the individual tension base
protect upper threads against
environmental wind, generated by air
conditioners etc., which causes thread to
tangle.
Furthermore, Uniquely developed covers
are mounted onto the take-up levers to
prevent threads from becoming entangled
during high speed operation and to improve
safety in the work place.

Telescopic thread stand
Both the design start position data and sewing condition data which are
set up with embroidery machine can be output to external memory
such as a USB memory, and it is easily bringing up the data without any
set up requirement at the time of re-processing. New condition data
called Tajima Binary Format is introduced for more complex and
sophisticated embroidery designs.
With the adoption of the telescopic
thread stand this machine becomes
even more compact.

A color LCD panel provides
operational convenience.
Sleep mode function to
conserve energy
An easy to view color LCD panel and special
use keys, along with the straight forward
interface allow for improved operation. The
job currently being embroidered on the
machine is displayed on the screen in real
time. <PAT>
The energy saving sleep mode function of a
computer has been adapted to the
operation panel. Holding down the sleep
mode key puts the machine into sleep
mode and pressing it once more cancels
the function.
Unnecessary power consumption can be
kept down without turning off the main
power.

with a New Design Cubical Body!
The new cubical body design blends in well
with its surroundings and is optimal for sales
demonstrations. Customizes to embroideider a
wide-range of finished goods, including
T-shirts, blazers, caps and enamel sports bags.
The area around the frame is wide open so the
machine main body and the stand do not
interfere when setting frames. Even large size
finished goods can be attached and
removed smoothly.
The lineup consists of 2 types: a 6-needle type
optimal for name embroidery and a
15-needle type for original designs. Names and
original designs can be created easily
with embroidery data creation software (sold
separately).

An Attractive New Cubical Body Design
With the adoption of a new frame drive, the side panels of the
machine could be removed,
widening the frame operating field. Embroiderwithout worrying
about the size of the item being embroidered or the embroidery
position. The new body has high rigidity and makes high quality
embroidery possible with its stable frame drive. Furthermore, the
rotary hook cover has been made shorter to deepen the embroidery
space.

High Work Efficiency
The newly designed middle thread guide <PAT.P> has halved
the thread setting time for one needle compared with our
conventional parts. You can set thread tension easily.
Value-added Product Making
* Thick thread is applicable to the needle sizes of #16 and more,
which are only available by DB K5-Z3 TAJIMA exclusive needle).
* Thick thread replacing parts kit is available on option.
Since needle sizes from #9 to #18 can be used, the applicable
thread variety from thin thread to thick thread has expanded
dramatically. When the Thick thread replacing parts kit attachable/
detachable by one-touch operation is used, thick thread embroidery
can be done easily. Furthemore, whe some refinements are added
to the design data, more unique, higher value higher value-added

Stable stitching
In order to keep up stable quality, thread condition should be
adjusted according to thread type, fabric and design. The tension

Stitching conditions (design start position, color sequence etc.) can be output
to a floppy disk along with the design data. The saved stitch conditions are
applicable to reproduction as they reduce setting time.
Scale up / down, rotate
You can scale your designs down to 50 or up to 200% in increment of 1%,
and rotate in 1-degree increments.
Automatic repeat
A design can be automatically repeated up to 99 times, front to back or side to
side respectively. The repetition can be set to a maximum by inputting the
embroidery space.
Design editing
Modify, insert or delete your embroidery design data stitch by stitch.
Satin stitch length compesation
The embroidery finish of satin stitches may somestimes differ in values,
compared with original design data, depending on the embroidery conditions
like very stretchy fabrics. Satin stitch lenght can be increased or decreased for
compesation with ease on the operation panel.
Cleanup function
A simple setting on the operation panel removes unnecessary fines, stitches
(0.5mm long or less) contained in the design data. Removal of these fine
stitches will decrease thread breakage that leads to decreased production due
to machine downtime.
Frame back / forward
Frame back / forward is avaliable in unit of stitches, stop codes or designated
stitch count.
Production management function
Production management information like stitch counts of memorized
designers, time required for embroidery process, remaining stitches up to
preset halt (preliminarily set stop position) can be checked on the operation
panel. This will help you get a better grasp of production efficiency.
Embroidery space trace function
This function moves only the frame on the contour of an embroidery design
and helps you check if a design will fit in a desired embroidery space before
sewing it. This will prevent needles from hitting the frame by mistake during
the embroidey operation.
Origin return
The frame can be either manually ou automatically returned to the design
starting point (while the machine is stopped), even if the end point is different
from the starting point.
Automatic offset / Manual offset
The frame can be returned to the previous position, using the operation panel,
even after a temporary moves (for frame exchange or applique arrangement)
during embroidery.

Power failure control measures
Even if the power supply is cut off in the middle of embroidery due to power

A newly developed digitally-controlled presser foot that can adjust its bottom dead center* and stroke for each needle bar color

From thin fabric to thick fabric, such as tulle, cotton, silk, leather and quilting, this presser foot makes it possible to do

For Making Value-added Products
For preserving stable quality, it is important to adjust the thread tension according to thread, fabric and
design. The newly designed middle thread guide <PAT.P> has halved the thread tension setting time for
one needle compared with our conventional middle thread guide. You can set thread tension easily.
Since the tension and stroke of the thread take-up spring, which have been adjusted for each head, can
now be adjusted for each needle bar and the adjustment can be made according to thread type and
stitching method, the applicable thread variety from thin thread to thick thread has expanded dramatically. When the easily-attachable/detachable thick thread part set *is used, thick thread embroidery can
be done easily.
Thick thread embroidery is applicable with needle
sizes #16 and higher only type DB K5-Z3’
(TAJIMA exclusive needle).

Easy Maintenance

A ball screw drive system has been adopted to reduce the time for color change
operation
A ball screw drive system, widely used for precision positioning control of industrial machinery, has been introduced to
the color change drive system. The time required for color change from the first to the ninth needles has been reduced
from about 3 to 1.1 seconds, drastically improving productivity of multicolor embroidery.
Thread breakage detector to prevent production error
A sensor monitors thread movement at all times. If the upper or under thread is broken, this system detects it in an
instant and stops stitching to prevent embroidery production from continuing with broken thread. The sensitivity of the
sensor is adjustable on the operation panel, depending on the embroidery conditions.
Middle thread guide with thread take-up spring, keeping the balance of upper and
under threads
The thread take-up spring picks up excess thread and stabilizes the balance of upper and lower threads at high speed
operation, improving thread tension. Thread breakage has been reduced by 30 - 50% (compared with our previous
specification) due to extra fine satin stitches (2mm or less), needle tip or thread untwisting etc.
Spiral tube, Take-up lever guard <PAT>, paying attention to safety
Spiral tubes between the upper thread course stand and the individual tension base protect upper threads against
environmental wind, generated by air conditioner, etc. which causes thread to be entangled with each other.
Furthermore, uniquely developed covers are mounted onto the take-up levers to prevent threads from getting
entangled during high-speed operation and to improve safety in working environments.

User-friendly operation panel in pursuit of operational convenience
An easy-to view 17 inch color LCD operation panel and special use keys are designed in a compact interface to enable
operation by instinct. The job currently being embroidered on the machine is displayed on the screen in real time
<PAT>.
6.5 inch color LCD operation panel is mounted to the models with total machine length 4,330mm or less.
Sleep mode function to save energy
The energy saving function of a personal computer has been introduced to the operation panel. Holding down a single
button sets the machine in the standby status and pressing it once more cancels this function. Unnecessary power

2 types of sequins with differing sizes, colors, and
shapes can be mounted at both the right and left
sides, respectively, thereby enabling up to 4 sequin
types per head. (Sequins with diameter of 3 - 9mm
are embroiderable.)
High-speed operation at max.1,000
rpm!
High-speed operation is available at a max. of 1,000
rpm. 2 kinds of sequins can be switched and stitched
at high speeds as desired by sliding sequin supply unit
to the right or left. (Max. 800 rpm for switching
sequins).
Features a motor-driven lifter
Stable up/down motion has been achieved through
the adoption of a pulse motor and slide screw thus
eliminating the need for pneumatic equipment.
Moreover, this mechanism permits 2-step control of
the lifter position and saves unnecessary up/down
operation, thereby improving production efficiency.
Manual table-lifter switch
This switch is mounted to the front side of the device
to move the sequin devices up/down individually,
providing easy access for adjustment.
Compact in a slim body
As a result of reviewing the device structure in a slim
body, Sequin Device Ill Twin type is now installable
even to the TFGN Series 50 or 56 head models with
smaller head interval.
