RECOGNITIONS
The first annual Brownwood ISD End-of-Year Employee Awards ceremony was held Friday, May
27, 2016. Following the recognition of the Brownwood ISD Board of Trustees and members of
the Brownwood Education Foundation, Brownwood Middle School Principal, Bryan Allen led
the Pledge of Allegiance and introduced the Area Representative for the Fellowship of Christian
Athletes, Tony Daniel, who gave the invocation.
The ceremony, sponsored by the Brownwood Education Foundation, included recognition for
those who earned advanced degrees during the year, service awards, retiree recognitions,
employees of the year, teachers of the year from each campus, as well as regional teacher of
the year nominees.
