713 homes completed in Canyon Ranch phases 1 & 2;
land dev’t and home construction continue at Moderno
Canyon Ranch, the California ranch-inspired gated community in San Lazaro Leisure
Park, Carmona now has a total of 713 homes with 287 resident families, who are now
enjoying the use of the Clubhouse and Chapel since their formal opening in October
2010.
The Clubhouse, which features a fully-equipped gym, a game room, a Multi-Purpose
Hall, and a viewing deck among other family-oriented ameniteis, is now open with
additional features: a Yoga and Tai-chi garden and a mini racetrack for remotecontrolled toy cars.
The Nuestra Senora de la Visitacion chapel holds regular Sunday masses and serves
as the community’s beacon of spiritual unity and a solemn place of worship.
The Village Center, also completed in 2010, now accepts tenants for its commercial
and retail spaces.
Land development and construction of homes continue at The Moderno, Canyon
Ranch’s third phase. Concrete pouring for the roads are in full swing, while the bridge
connecting Phases 1&2 to the Moderno site will commence construction in March.
