MLB’s Most Flexible Exchange Policy: Every home game (with the
exception of Opening Day) is available as an exchange date. This
provides you with 80 exchange dates in 2016! Exchanges will be
processed on a “dollar-for-dollar” basis, subject to availability. All
ticket exchanges must be completed 48 hours prior to the date of the
game you are returning and a desired exchange date is required.

OriolesREACH Ticket Donation Program: If you’re unable to use or
exchange your tickets, you can contribute them to the OriolesREACH
Ticket Donation Program. Season tickets can be donated through the
Orioles to a local non-profit organization benefiting children. Your
contribution may be tax deductible. (Donations must be received at

Express Ticket Windows at Oriole Park: Avoid long lines at the Box
Office with the priority Season Plan Member Express Window. On
game days, beginning approximately two hours before first pitch,
windows 15 & 16 will be exclusively available to Season Plan
Members at the Main Box Office.
Purchase Additional Tickets Online at the Season Plan Member
Price: By logging into your online My Tickets Account, all Season
Plan Members will be able to purchase additional tickets at their
discounted Season Plan Member Price. Reduced per ticket and order
fees will apply.
Online Chat Room: All Season Plan Members can access our online
chat room via orioles.com/ocp and chat with a live representative
during normal business hours (typically 9 am – 5 pm, Monday –
Friday). This is the perfect way to receive a quick answer to any

Free Spring Training Tickets in Sarasota: Visit Ed Smith Stadium
in Sarasota and receive free admission to select Spring Training

the suite rental fee on Oriole Park Single Game Suites (catering fees

Full Season Plan Members will also receive a $250 credit towards

$1 Replay Dates: All Plan Members have the opportunity to “cash
in” on Season Tickets you forgot you had, misplaced, or simply did
not use. For a small processing fee of $1 per ticket, unused season

Personalized Customer Service: All Full Season and 29-Game Plan
Members will work with a Personal Account Representative who will
assist you throughout the year with any additional ticketing needs

Postseason Tickets: All Plan Members will have an opportunity to
purchase tickets for postseason games played at Oriole Park at
Camden Yards via an online presale, based on seniority. In addition,
Full Season Plan Members will be invoiced for a “Gold Package”
- containing tickets to every available home postseason game.
29-Game Plan Members will be invoiced for a “Silver Package” containing tickets to at least one game in each of the four possible
postseason rounds. Specific details will be provided in August.
Season Plan Member Entry Gate: Season Plan Members can avoid
long lines by using a dedicated entry gate at Gate D, which will
open 2 hours prior to first pitch.
Minor League Affiliate Ticket Offer: When the Orioles are out of
town in 2016, you can once again enjoy an afternoon or evening of
Orioles Minor League baseball. Present your Orange Carpet Card

Opening Day Tickets: The only way to guarantee tickets to Opening
Day, Monday, April 4 vs. the Minnesota Twins, is by purchasing a Full
Season or 29-Game Plan. Both plans include Opening Day as part
of their package. All Season Plan Members will have an opportunity
to purchase tickets to Opening Day via an online pre-sale, based
on seniority, which will take place on Wednesday, March 16. On a
first-come first-served basis, members will be eligible to purchase one
Opening Day ticket for each Plan Seat purchased during the presale, not to exceed 6 tickets. Opening Day tickets are not available
to the general public. All sales will be subject to availability.
“State of the Orioles” Meetings: Go behind the scenes with our
exclusive “State of the Orioles” addresses during the 2016 season,
featuring EVP of Baseball Operations Dan Duquette and Manager
Buck Showalter. Each meeting will include an address by the team,
as well as an exclusive question and answer session. This year’s
events are scheduled for FanFest and before the O’s/Indians game
on July 23.
