A New Season of Orioles Magic Awaits.
Oriole Park at Camden Yards is affectionately known as The Ballpark That Forever Changed
Baseball. And its trendsetting history continues today as for two straight years, Stadium
Journey magazine has named it America’s Top Stadium Experience.
Oriole Park is a landmark of civic pride for all Orioles fans, Baltimore residents, and
Maryland natives. And it’s a storied backdrop to 24 years of Birdland memories already
etched into our collective conscience, and countless more waiting to be lived.
As fans celebrate another season of Orioles Baseball, the ballpark stands ready to deliver
even more unique experiences, unrivaled service, and a legendary fan environment that is
second to none.
This A-to-Z guide to ballpark services and amenities was created to help you make the most
of your Birdland experience. Whether this is your first visit, or one of many.
If you have any questions or are looking for any additional information, please visit our Fan
Assistance Center, call 888-848-BIRD, or visit

Bicycle Parking Area to accommodate
over 100 bicycles located just outside
Gate C along the south side of Oriole

EQUAL ACCESS ACCOMMODATIONS
Complete information on Equal Access
accommodations at Oriole Park can be
found at orioles.com.
Parking: Accessible parking spaces have
been reserved for disabled Season Plan
Members utilizing equal access seating.
Plan Members are encouraged to contact
their Personal Account Representative to
make arrangements to purchase these
limited number of passes. The remaining
accessible individual parking spaces are
available on a first-come, first-served
basis and are located in Lots A and B.
Parking in these spots requires a stateissued handicapped license plate or
hangtag. Should these extra spaces be
filled, attendants will direct fans to the
nearest open parking or to the stadium’s
designated drop-off areas.
Drop-Off Areas: For any car or bus, we
have three drop-off areas available to both
drop off and pick up passengers. Dropoff points are available at the east side of
the Warehouse at the Breezeway (directly
next to Gate A), at Home Plate Plaza on
the Russell Street service drive (next to
7 Fan’s Guide
Gate D) and at the north end of the service
drive (next to Gate F). Calling Fan Services
at 888-848-BIRD in advance of the game
is recommended to make arrangements to
utilize these drop-off points.
Seating: Wheelchair accessible seats are
located throughout the ballpark in virtually
all ticket categories. These seats may
be purchased in advance by calling the
Orioles at 888-848-BIRD or by visiting the
Oriole Park Box Office.
Escalators/Elevators:
Escalators
are
available to reach the upper levels of the
park near first base and in the left field
area. Elevators are available behind
home plate (near section 36) and in left
field (behind section 78).
EUTAW STREET
Eutaw Street is the festive area located
between the Warehouse and the ballpark.
Eutaw Street is open daily; however, for
7:05 p.m. games, Eutaw Street closes at
3:00 p.m. to the general public. At 5:00
p.m., it re-opens, along with the entire
ballpark, to fans holding tickets for that
night’s game.
Fans with game tickets are free to roam
Eutaw Street, as well as the bleachers and
Flag Court in search of batting practice
home run balls and to enjoy any of the
carnival-style attractions and concession
areas, including Boog’s BBQ, located up
and down the street. Access to the Orioles
Legends Park is also available when the
Eutaw Street gates open.
Fans strolling down Eutaw Street might
look for any of the following: the brass
baseballs embedded into the sidewalk
marking the spot where home runs cleared
the right field fence and landed on Eutaw
Street; a plaque to mark the spot where
Ken Griffey, Jr. hit the Warehouse during
the 1993 All-Star Home Run Hitting
Contest; and, just outside the north end of

A driver’s license, state issued photo ID,
or credit card is a required deposit in
order to use an Oriole Park wheelchair.
Fans are encouraged to contact Fan
Services at 888-848-BIRD to make special
arrangements.
WILL CALL
All paid and complimentary tickets can
now be picked up at the Home Plate Box
Office adjacent to Gate E. Fans can also
leave tickets for other fans to pick up at this
location (Third Party Will Call). Will Call is
no longer available at the Main Box Office
at the north end of the Warehouse.
A valid photo ID that matches the Will Call
name is required to receive tickets.
Will Call opens two hours prior to all
home games and closes at the end of the
fifth inning. Will Call is then moved to the
reception desk inside of the Home Plate
Plaza entrance (between Gates D and E)
until the end of the game.
